Jalapeno Burger

I wanted to take a moment to share a story with you all. It is the story of my 2 grandchildren’s births…your jalapeño burger played a big part in it. On the night of Feb 3, 2020 my daughter in-law, had a craving for one of your jalapeño burgers…about 4 hours later contractions started and our first granddaughter was born on Feb 4th. Our second grandchild was to be induced on Oct 31st, if my DIL didn’t go into labor. We happened to be at their house, sitting around the table, and she said, “It’s time… Need a jalapeño Burger.” We ordered dinner, went home and at 8pm my son texted “Keep your phone on loud the burger is working!” Our grandson was born on the 28th! Both burgers were made at your Parkcenter restaurant and if it was made by the same chef…kudos to him. We pass along that tip to anyone pregnant and ready to have that baby! Again thanks for being a part of my grandchild’s story!

Great service from every employee!

Went here with the family while in town one night on a road trip. From the hostess to our waitress and all other wait staff they were all incredibly kind and attentive. Kids pizzas were good and the cheese tortellini was amazing.

The interior was nice and the food was good. Waiter was friendly and took good care of us. Location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking at the time we went.

Don’t order out from smoky mountain

I have given smoky mt chances time and again to redeem themselves but they too often make mistakes on delivery orders. Tonight is the 4 th time out of 5 that they messed something up and this time it took an hour and half before I had to call in wondering where my food was. They messed up the address and I’m still waiting. Put someone component on the phone to take orders!

Hidden Gem

Tucked away in an former strip mall that has been turned into a private school, this restaurant offers the same great food as their State Street location but is NEVER as busy. Its far easier to get a table on a weekend night, and the back room is a great place for a family celebration, a shower, a soccer season gathering, or other kids sports team "end of season" meal. Service is usually good, and the food is always been good, from the pizza to the pasta, and the house salad is also a fave!

Great steak, dirty table and menus

I had a chimichurro steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked to perfection, but as other guests have noted (so I doubt it was a one-off experience) there was very little sauce on it--but what sauce theed was, was very good. The pasta was also perfectly cooked but rather tasteless. And the shrimp were good. I had the chocolate cake and ice cream, which was also good. Service was friendly and fast, but we had to try several times to get our drinks refilled. My biggest complaint was that our table and the menus were very sticky and dirty. This restaurant offers both inside dining and outside patio dining. Appetizers and desserts were a bit on the pricey side at about $9 each, but $20 for a good steak and shrimp was very reasonable.

Was empty, I know why

We came in during happy hour and there was only one other couple in the place. We ordered a personal pizza and a chimichurri steak. The steak pictured was smothered with chimichurri, but the reality had so little on it that you couldn't even taste it and you wanted to because the steak was low quality. The pizza wasn't very good either. I really would prefer a Digornio pizza from the frozen section at Albertson's too this.

Disappointed 😞

My friend and I had been traveling all day and were starving. This place was near our hotel and we saw all the great reviews. Keep in mind, we are not fancy people and we don’t expect fancy food at a pizza joint. The trouble was, this food was not good. At all. Everything was greasy and subpar. We got the Motherlode appetizer tray so we could sample several things. The Brie Kisses were just gross. The fries were lukewarm and not fantastic. The spinach artichoke dip was alright. The best part of the meal were the mozzarella sticks. I did not like their marinara sauce so I ate them plain and they were the only thing I actually liked. I ordered the chicken parmigiana. I ate half the chicken and a little of the spaghetti. Again, though, their marinara sauce was kind of gross to me so I didn’t like it much. My friend got a pizza and it was so greasy that half of it was soggy. Not awesome. We both felt kind of sick after eating there which didn’t help our impression of the place. The server hardly ever came by our table so we were always waiting for him to fill our waters or bring napkins or whatever. It did look like they host community events there which is cool. I would never go back and would not recommend.

Gotten better

When I first came to a Boise, I was not impressed. I thought the pizza was just average. However, after a couple of years we tried it again. It was very good. My grandkids were able to design their own pizza which was very clever. My wife and I had dinner salads and individual pizzas and were thoroughly satisfied. Service was very good as well.

Best Pizza

We chanced upon this pizzeria last year when spending a night in Boise. It was so good we decided to visit again this year. Their crust is crispy and very flavorful compared to most crust. They are generous with the toppings on the “Ultimate” and the staff was very friendly.

Baby Shower/Lucheon

Recently had a baby shower/luncheon for my daughter @ Parkcenter location. Nicole & her team couldn't have done a better job! Room, food & service was excellent. Can't thank them enough for a great experience! Parkcenter location very pretty & plenty of parking which you don't have to pay for...always a plus!

It was the first time I went to this place and most likely the last or at least it wouldn’t be my choice by any means. We had a farewell lunch for one of my coworkers and the service was a little slow, not very friendly and they to top it off the server comes up to me after they brought everybody’s entrees and says their computer had a glitch and it didn’t enter my order and they are firing it up now and said she was sorry and walked away. Normally I would be ok to wait, but it so happens I am 6 months pregnant and hunger and pregnancy don’t go well together. And I never received my drink that came with the meal. They comped my lunch, but didn’t mention it. We noticed when we looked at the check. I am sure things like that happen in other places too, but the way they handled it wasn’t the best. My colleague’s food to be good, nobody praised it nor complained. That’s why I’m giving it a 3 star.

Incredibly slow !

We stopped at this great Smoky Mountain Pizza location close to downtown Boise Weather was nice so we decided to seat outside The restaurant was fairly empty Our waitress took 20 minutes to bring the kid his soft drink then brought a salad with no silverware We waited 45mn to get our food + 20 minutes to get the check after we asked for it I can't imagine how slow service is when the restaurant is crowded Pizzas were very good the location is nice but they defeinitely need to improve their management and service

Quick Bite

Decided to try Smoky Mountain pizza for a quick bite. It was right across the street from my hotel. What a pleasant surprise! The pizza and service were both outstanding! Small, quaint, and charming along with good food. Good selection of beers if you are so inclined as well! Would highly recommend.
