We first went to the Flying Pie in 1995 on our second date. Fantastic pizza and fantastic micro brews and wines which are "paired" with the pizza pies. Just went there again two days ago and it is still the best pizza in the USA. Our favorite is the PHOSGO

Pizza is good if not stellar. At least they will make it to your order AND have what you request AND deliver. Other places - see my reviews - are idiots and utterly useless. Meridian is awash in HORRIBLE pizza... this is your best shot if you don't want to take home from Boise...

Heard a lot about this place so at decided to try it. We went in pretty early. Got our order in well before the buffet started and got our pizza a while after the buffet had started. While I realize they were making pizzas for the buffet, we ordered before there were any other customers. I feel like our order... More

Regular visitor, pizza is always good, especially in Habanero season. Fun, unique setting (Fairview), a little noisey but a comfortable place with great pizza, good beer selection and consistent friendly service.

I went with my wife and son...who are both very picky eaters....or I would have loved the place even more. We went on buffet night, so as to try a number of different pizzas. The only one I didn't like was the tuna pizza...in truth, I had forgotten that was on the menu, or I'd have avoided it like a... More

Great pizza at Flying Pie as always! Try the sourdough crust. Check out the website for the current weeks list of names that get a free pizza.

I've been here a few times to make a pizza on the "it's your day" occasions. It's a cool way to make your own free small pizza in the store, with the help of a pizza chef. You'll be allowed to choose your crust, cheeses, toppings, etc and create it yourself! The staff here is a bit quirky and hipster-ish,... More

We have never had a bad experience here. They have the best pizza in Boise. Lots of different choices.

Whenever I visit my kids and grandkids we order in pizza one night. I generally gravitate towards Flying Pie because of the fresh ingredients and the pie is always delivered hot. Tonight we did ham and pineapple, cheese and a pepperoni. All great. My only criticism is, if they tell you 30 minutes, figure 50/60. Worth the extra wait though

I have had their delicious pies twice now. First when I went with my daughter to freshman orientation at Boise State and when my wife and son came down to move her in to the dorm at Boise State. Both times, everyone commented that it was "Hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten". Terrific staff, excellent energy among... More
