My wife, her mother and I ordered a 14” pizza and a meal salad for dinner yesterday for delivery. The cost? $60!!! Either the pizza or the salad has caused us to run to the bathroom constantly over the past 12 hours. The pizza itself...was undercooked, dough-y, not hot and not very good. The salad was fair. I have no idea why folks think this pizza is so good. Perhaps they equate being in tv with quality. The food is insanely overpriced, took over an hour to arrive...was luke warm at best, and made us all sick within minutes of ingesting it. Do yourselves a favor and order Wiseguy’s or Papa Johns. The quality, speed of delivery and price is less than HALF of these guys. Never again.More

I have been going to Flying Pie for years and never had a bad pizza. I have read some of the other reviews about the employees and such, but to me that is kind of the charm of going to Flying Pie. It has always...had different vibe and will probably will always be that way. Kind of reminds me of some of the quirky restaurants up in Portland OR. that I have been to. Can't wait for the place on Overland Rd. to open.More

We moved to Boise recently looking for a good pizza place. I used to live in Boise many years ago and liked Flying Pie, it was so much better then the other chains of the day. We ate in the dining room and tried a...couple of pizza varieties. We wanted to do a half and half and they said they don't do that, what Pizza place doesn't combine their pie options these days. We wanted to get a Medium of the kind my husband wanted and a small of the other type. Oh by the way you can't get a small of the specialty pizza so we had to buy two Med pizzas. We liked the combo but the Hawaiian (not what they called it but ) was so bland I didn't want to take the rest home. The crust was good but the Hawaiian didn't really taste like ham, or pineapple or even sauce The place brought fresh baked cheese sticks and the beer options were good so we will go back and try other options since they are closeMore

Flying Pie pizza is the best in Idaho. But, the original concept of a hippy dippy staff and lack of management is killing the place. Our deliveries are consistently an hour late...or more. Too much fun with staff and not much care for the customer....It makes me sad, but I’m hungry and want my pizza without drama and I’m sorry free gifts. Please, please keep the great product, but grow up. The market that can afford your product is more sophisticated.More

Lunch special was excellent, Pizza Buffet, Salad Bar, and a Beverage for under $9.00 you cannot go wrong. The pizza was great (not the standard 3-4 pizzas), we actually had someone ask if we would like anything special for the buffet. The salad bar was...very well appointed. Don't forget Ice-cube and Ice-T. Highly recommended.More

If you like nose rings. body piercing, no deodorant, and the stench of self righteousness then you are home (Boise North End). Over priced pizza and beer is the place for you. Pizza sauce is tomato paste straight out of the can, no seasons added...that I can taste. Just try complimentary bread sticks and "pizza sauce", if you can choke it down, wow. You can't place an order online, why? They have a recorded message when they are so overwhelmed "lazy" that they can no longer fill orders for pizza, I got on a thursday at 8pm..More

The quinoa salad was amazing. There were misters near the open window to keep you cool outdoors, and the pizza was delicious as well. My kids ate happy 👍 The beer on tap was a great selection of microbrews. Very enjoyable time with friends.

Staff didn't seem concerned about mixup or the long wait we had! Even stated that the pizza they had given us was cooked as it should be. If cooking a pizza just until the cheese melts and the toppings remain cold is the proper way...to serve a pizza i'll take my business elsewhere!More
