The several times I've been to Flatbread, the food has been outstanding, and I've tried different dishes each time. Everything is fresh with authentic Italian flavors—herbs instead of pouring on the salt. Waitstaff was friendly.

We had been frequent customers as food and service were always prompt and tasty. My wife is recovering from brain surgery and asked for an out of the way table. Waitress sits us out in the chaos. I saw five tables open in a corner and asked if it wouldn't be too much trouble to move before the water was... More

So the menu is a little tough for a everyday joe but I did find a pepperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza that was very good. Menu slanted towards a different client than me but service was great and I was happy to find something I could eat!

Flatbread Neapolitan Pizzeria offers one of Boise's only wood ovens. It ensures a fast finish and a slight char on the top and bottom of the pizza. Flatbread is the pizzeria in Idaho that is a member of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana of Naples, an organization committed to preserving authentic Italian pizza. You've probably never heard of Caputo flour,... More

Very good menu with pleasing combos. Pizza/soup, pizza/salad/ and several other offerings. A good value and food is always very good! Dining outside is great-weather permitting and service is fast.

Flatbread has been a favorite go to in Downtown Boise. Since they moved to their new location, they've become more central to the restaurant scene. They have an awesome view of the city from their second floor location. If you need a quick lunch, you can hit them up for their pick two. I love their BBQ chicken pizza and... More

Where can you find delicious real Neapolitan-style pizzas in downtown Boise? Look no further, Flatbread is the place for you. The dough they use to make these incredible wood-oven pizzas is both soft and crispy with a couple of burned bubbles that add flavor to the experience! The staff is friendly, the wine selection decent, what more can you ask... More

I loved loved the ambiance. It was really cool and metropolitan feeling for a city like Boise. The staff was really friendly. I ended up... More
