My daughter and I were visiting Boise for the first time and were looking for a a place to eat. The website said " farm to table" so we thought we'd try it. It's in the middle of downtown Boise. It was pretty busy so we sat at a "buddy bar" . We ordered their nachos with pulled pork which... More

Great selection of local foods, interesting dishes. We had a mix-up on our order in the kitchen, so ended up staying there much longer than expected, but the food was good and glad we went.

Had dinner with a friend. They had outdoor seating, a very busy bar and lot's of seating options indoors. This place has pretty poor acoustics, so not a great choice for business discussion. The ambiance is great, lot's of classic woodwork, beautiful bar and comfortable tables. I had an excellent starter salad with lots of chopped red onions, something I... More

Everyone recommended and very nice setting. The chopped salad was not chopped and the highly anticipated buttered cake was not all that. Good martini though and good ambiance. Make a reservation though.

They source a lot of their food from local farms which interested me. I has the BCS salad with cold smoked salmon. It was HUGE!!! You could definitely split this salad with another adult! First time having cold smoked salmon...very good and flavorful! I'll be back!

We had a delicious and extremely filling dinner. We started with the grilled artichoke, split that with my sister. Then we ordered the tacos and the salmon salad. The salad was so large, had to take 1/2 home for lunch the next day. We did find room for the caramel ice cream and bread pudding...that we ate!!

When we arrived at the Fork I enjoyed the ambiance. Large space and beautiful decor. I also noticed a cute container that we could use to pour our own water, and I liked being able to pour the amount of water I desired. Next, the staff was friendly and pleasant to speak with. My salad was amazing. Our other guest... More

This is a Boise treasure. Downtown casual dinning with an uptown feel. The fries are a specialty and really go well with the burger. I have had other dishes here as well. All were good.

I had lunch at Fork with several people from my office and we all enjoyed our visit. I had fish tacos, which were quite tasty. Two people had a salmon salad, which they proclaimed to be very good. The fourth person had the adult ham and cheese sandwich, which he liked although he thought it had too many onions. Quite... More

Fork is a fantastic place to eat and socialize. I have visited Fork on several different occasions and the food never disappoints. I love the locally sourced fresh ingredients. I also really like the atmosphere, Fork is not to dressy, but still has that really nice feel to it. Burgers are delicious, the trout was also good as well as... More
