I've been to Fork many times but came this time at lunch to celebrate my childhood friends 40th birthday. Atmosphere was great at lunch, sometimes at dinner the dining room can get pretty loud. I got my usual, the Bam Sammy! A fantastic sandwich with maple bacon, mozarella, avocado and pesto. So good! They also have parmesan fries and a... More

We visited with our two teenagers for dinner on a Monday night, and it's a good thing we made reservations! My husband had an incredible steak, I had the pasta, and my kids had the burger and BLT. It was all fantastic! A little on the pricy side, so be prepared for an upscale dinner. But worth it. P.S.- don't... More

First of all the menu on line is significantly different from what was currently available. The roasted artichoke was very good and the dressing for the BCS salad was excellent, but it was just a pile of arugula rather than mixed greens. My wife had the short ribs which were nicely tender but complained the chef didn't account for the... More

We experienced a very long wait, both to be seated and at the table, for just okay cuisine. Menu items sound promising but just aren't able to deliver the 'wow' factor.

The trifecta...great service, food and drinks! I had the trout salad and it was awesome! I love that they do fresh local ingredients and it shows in the taste and quality of their food. For anyone who follows my critiques you know that I RARELY give 5s...so this place is definitely worthy!

We had a wonderful dinner out on the sidewalk portion of the restaurant and enjoyed the evening in Boise. Downtown is alive and crowded but the wait to get a table was fairly short. We had some great fish and pasta meals, and will return if ever get chance to return to Boise.

We came here because Alavita was closed for the Memorial Day holiday. Between these 2 restaurants I liked Alavita more. It's a little more expensive than Alavita, and menu selection in Fork is not very inspiring. We had bloody Mary's shrimp, which was very good. Short ribs and filet mignon were good quality. Butter cake was pretty bad.

Took the kids. Their menu features some amazing choices. Adult lunch menu was small enough to make sure every entire was delicious. Everything we ordered was delicious.

Great food and drink. Our server Rae was a doll. Had the fried asparagus, grilled artichoke and parm/rosemary fries for appetizers. Fried chicken salad was good but thought the chicken breading was a bit hard. 2 of us had BLTs and the candied bacon was a delicious addition. Would come back again.

We were told this was one of the best places in Boise to eat. They also boast Boise's best burger. Neither are true as all (3) of are meals were average at best and my son's burger was far from the finest he enjoyed over the 9 days we were in the area and he eats a great deal of... More
