Food took 45 minutes to come out and then it was cold. We sent the stecks back and they put them back on the grill and burnt them and brought them back out to us. We couldnt eat it. No lie i went to mcdonalds afterward to get something to eat. But they kept trying to run up the bill... More

We went as a family, food was average. Menu is a little busy. We were visiting from out of town, we wouldn't visit again.

The restaurant was busy on a Friday night. We were told a 30 minute wait and it took over and hour. Poor management of staff led to long wait. Restaurant is very large and can accomodate a lot of people. Our server was polite, but either stretched thin or not worried about timely service. It took another hour for our... More

It was ok, a bit cramped and felt like I was eavesdropping on table next to me. Sloppy plates, would it have taken much to wipe plate where the gravy was slipped on??? Needs server training. Ours leaned on table to take order?? That was last time we saw her till she brought check. SMH

Friendly staff. Friendly customers. But the place is so big and busy, the wait staff or someone in the kitchen got the order a bit mixed up. Its a long walk to the kitchen a its a bowling alley shaped restaurant so I suppose its a lot of huffing for the wait staff. But someone in the kitchen is getting... More

This steak house had a most pleasant waitress named Jacqueline, who enchanted us with smiles, tales and an excellent disposition ....... and allowed us to forget this was the only steakhouse in America with no tenderloin available. How can that happen? My companion's rib-eye sandwich was excellent and tasty, but my fried oysters led to the reminder to never order... More

Great place for a steak. I usually get the philly cheese steak sandwich, though. Pork chops are cooked perfectly, also.

First visit to J & B's. Wasn't as impressed as I expected after hearing other people rave about it. Had a frozen drink from bar and it tasted like frozen water with slight flavoring. Had a party of seven and were seated at a table for 6 with one person sitting on end. Did not like that tables are so... More

Good basic food. The service usually varies depending on the server. This is just a home town steakhouse. Would like to see a bill with the total instead of just the hand written items and then tallied at the register in front.
