We were treated to an exceptional evening; from being greeted and seated to a warm “Happy Anniversary” on our way out it was awesome. Our server Jorge was polite, professional and friendly. Our meals were fabulous and we were given complimentary desserts for our special...occasion. Though we asked for them to go after such great food. Many thanks to the entire staff!More

I dined with my adult son. We are visiting from Tallahassee. Everything was superb--service, drinks, food and atmosphere. The prices are extremely reasonable for the quality received. The duck appetizer and she-crab soup are particularly good. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Just enjoyed an early Friday evening dinner and cocktails at 306 North. Atmosphere, drinks, service, and food was over the top with reasonable prices. We highly recommend to all that want to enjoy a quiet but festive locally owned restaurant with exquisite southern fresh cuisine!!!...The place is amazing!!!More

Lucky enough to find this outstanding restaurant on Trip Advisor when we stopped for the night in Valdosta. Outstanding food and service. We travel a lot and eat in a lot of great, big city restaurants. This quaint place in the historic area of downtown...Valdosta is on par with the best we have experienced. Every appetizer and entree was outstanding. Half the price it would have been in a big city!More

Every few years the fates conspire to put me near Valdosta at the end of a long day. I should have learned to have a mcD’s and hit the rack. But culinary hope springs eternal and I tried 306 as it was the #1 on...trip advisor. It was not bad just mediocre and not worth the cost or effort. I love fried green tomatoes, they’re really hard to screw up but they managed topping them with a pimento cheese glop that was too much and too sweet. Their wedge salad, another classic that’s hard to screw up was served without crumbled blue cheese and the tiniest dollop of bacon and then drown in thin tasteless dressing. The salmon was way past well done even though ordered as medium, the grilled shrimp over cooked and dry, the vegetables mushy, one bright spot were mushrooms in a balsamic glaze that were interesting and delicious. The service was attentive almost to the point of being annoying but not professional. The wine list is short and uninspired. My biggest gripe after all of the above is their liquor pour is unbelievably cheap. All in all this place is not expensive and not awful, but not worth the effort even if you live next door.More

We stopped at 306 North for lunch on our way from FL to Ky. It was a nice restaurant, although a bit cluttered and noisy. I wish I had asked for an outdoor table. Our waitress Tina was very kind and attentive. The 306 salad...was perfect! It included crispy romaine, mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, shrimp and bacon. The dressing was also tasty!More

Great food & atmosphere! We went on the night after Valentines. They were busy, but managed everything well. The food was phenomenal! We had great drinks at the bar. I can’t wait to bring friends & family back for celebrations! We live about 1.5hrs away,...so it’s well worth the revisit & introducing people to it!More

By the time we decided to stop for lunch, it was almost 2:00pm. Not realizing that they stop serving at 2pm we were promptly seated, given menus, and made feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our salads. They never once made us feel we had...to hurry, even tho they were setting up for the evening meal. We loved the place and would love to stop for dinner sometime, if ever in the area again.More

We visit this restaurant twice a year on our way to and from Florida and it is always excellent. Wonderful food, great service, and a reasonably priced wine list. Treat yourself!

Proprietorship, meal preparation, and service all contributed to an over the top dining experience in historical downtown Valdosta, GA. Thank you 306 North for making us proud of South Georgia!!!
