My mother-n-law wanted the family to go to this restaurant. Very pretty place, I can only imagine how it will look in the Spring/Summer. The food is freaking amazing! Tasteful full with flavor. Everything on my plate was outstanding. Good God Almighty! I have to...More

Went to Green Manor for lunch. It is a true example of classic Southern comfort food. Their lunch buffet has a great offering of turkey, ham, chicken and beef all home cooked. Solid mac n cheese, collards, green beans, and of course sweet potatoes. The...More

I tend to think most restaurants that call themselves "southern dining," are all hype and really pretentious. Not this place. The interior and exterior remind you of an old mansion from the 50s that has stood the test of time. The staff is great and...More

Our second visit to this popular dining destination in Union City, Ga. While the buffet is adequate it lacks some variety. Food is tastefully prepared and seasoned in the cooking process. A little busy Sun noon, but staff well trained to handle.

We were concerned about the dress code, but we noticed that some guests were in casual wear and others were dressed for a celebration or an evening out. The food was GREAT, the service was excellent and we were encouraged to take time to enjoy...More

Son and I took my wife out to the Green Manor Inn. Beautiful historic property with gracious Southern charm. We were seated in the sun room not far from the buffet line. As they take reservations on the half hour we were seated just as...More

A group of us had our Christmas luncheon at the Green Manor. Excellent service and excellent meal. If you like Southern cooking, then this is the place for you. Very reasonable. Our server, Sandra was outstanding. I will eat here again. They serve lunch five...More

Lunch on Monday. At best the food was leftovers from Sunday, worst the week before. Chicken was old and over cooked --from rewarm. Veggies old and over cooked. Much better years ago. Stick to Sunday's.

One this about this place that I hate is that it's not open on Saturdays. They're probably losing a lot of business because of it, but it's probably not affecting them very much, business is booming the rest of the time. Great choices, expect the...More

The food was good. There were plenty of choices. Several dishes like the sweet potatoes I had seconds. We were on an exterior closed in porch and it was comfy with only patrons at a few tables. It would be tight if all the tables...More

We were there in December and I was wearing casual clothes. I didn't see any dress code posted. I would guess that shorts would be okay.

We ate during the Christmas season ans the cost of twenty dollars per person. Maybe less during the non-holiday season. Excellent meal.

Description
In 1919, a handsome doctor presented the keys of a stately mansion to his new bride. That mansion, Green Manor, still stands…it’s historic architecture carefully restored…wide verandas…beveled glass doors…beautiful chandeliers…a magnificent mahogany staircase. Crossing it’s threshold is returning to by gone South. So pull up a rocking chair on the Green Manor’s front veranda…this might just be your next great Georgia experience.
