Attended restaurant just before closing at 2pm not sure what we were going to get. My spouse had the chicken pot pie and I a rueben sandwich. To top the matter off we took boston cream pie & bread pudding to go. The meal was...absolutely delicious, hot and more than filling. The coffee was about the best I have had in the last month of travelling. The service was fast and most friendly. Other patrons were also please with their desserts and we had great dialogue together. Many thanks to Debra & Ben for a great meal. All foods are prepared on site!More

Wonderful experience. Our group of 6 for an early lunch was seated and served promptly even though the restaurant was full on this weekday. The lobster bisque special was tasty! The BLT got rave comments and the other sandwiches were gret. The server was above...average - he knew the menu and insured that we were taken care of during the entire meal. I recommend Savannah Moon for a delighful lunch.More

We ended up being there right at closing so they were out of most of the things we wanted. We each got a sandwich. Both of them were very good with lots a meat on them. Nice bread.

The pot pie was delicious and the staff was very attentive and friendly! Our daughter had the vegetable sandwich and enjoyed it.

The menu's frequent "specials" make this a place you'll go to often with family, friends and coworkers. Nicely priced combos are wonderful. EVERY dessert is scrumptious!

Excellent food! The Reuben, soup, pickle and desserts were very good. We will come back here again in the future.

We stopped in for breakfast----liked it so much we came back the next day and then for lunch. This is a small place that has a very good menu. Breakfast omelet was outstanding. Chicken Pot Pie for lunch was excellent. Good service--but like any small...business can get overwhelmed at peak times. We loved this place!More

Good selection of baked goods. Place was packed at 1:30 PM on a Saturday. Counterperson was a pleasant young man, but he was too lazy to shave. His full beard is a no-no for food handling, and is in fact not legal in many jurisdictions....I found it very off putting.More

While taking a stroll downtown after breakfast at another local restaurant we stumbled into the Savannah Moon in hopes to get some bakery goods. The place was packed and offered a full breakfast/lunch menu which we were unaware of. They had bread pudding, pies, cakes,...cheesecake, buns, cookies and more. We bought a cinnamon roll, pecan sandies and a rosemary savory cookie. Everything was delicious warmed up in the microwave for a couple seconds. But the biggest surprise were the pecan sandies!!! Pecan Sandies are my new favorite cookie. Thanks S.M. for the introduction to this tasty treat. We will be back to sample more.More

We stopped in this charming cafe enroute home from Florida to Georgia and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the outdoor tables and some delicious take-out cookies later. Friendly staff and really good crab cakes, clam chowder, and salad. Clearly a favorite of the locals, too....Located along a street of charming shops. Worth a detour off the highway. The only downside was that the restroom was difficult to access, requiring a trip down a narrow hallway in back of the kitchen that would be difficult for anyone with a mobility problem.More
