Terrific place all around

Everything here was perfect from start to finish. Despite the all-too-common signs saying "Please be patient, we're short staffed," service was excellent. Chips were light and crispy, and I loved both the red (non spicy) and black bean dips, which were delivered promptly and replenished when they ran low. Margaritas are two for one, which is nice, and we both enjoyed our entrees very much. Total bill for two came to around $40, including tip - not bad at all. Highly recommend all around.

Excellent food. Clean restaurant. Great service. Complimentary black bean dip and salsa are AH-mazing. Never had a bad meal in the few dozen times we’ve been. Affordable. It’s definitely a local go-to for our family. Accommodates large parties well.

Great friendly staff, amazing food, interesting decor! Not your typical tex mex American Mexican food joint. Will be returning our next trip to thomasville. A plus horchata on refill.

Didn't even bother to acknowledge us!!!

Visiting Thomasville for just a bit. The lady at our hotel recommended this restaurant to us, so we thought we would give it a try. After walking in the door and not even being acknowledged for 10 minutes by the man at the reception desk we decided to leave. He stood there counting money the whole time and never even looked at us. None of the servers, manager or anyone said a word. Not even as we left. Sad that this is how they do business 😕

This place has some very good food, actually has great taste. Burrito loco was quite filling but tasty too. Nice place inside and great service.

Food poisoning with poor service

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions. On our last visit I ate my usual meal and later that evening started to fall ill. I have had food poisoning a few times over the years so I'm familiar with the symptoms. This was the worst case of food poisoning I've had. It lasted two days. A few days later I called the restaurant to inform them of my unfortunate experience. The manager was dismissive and condescending. He stated that he has "never" heard of a case of food poisoning at his restaurant and suggested I was making it up. I was shocked at the response. I asked if I could speak to the owner. The manager refused to take a message for the owner to call me. Very poor service. We won't be back.

The worst. Too many people. Bad service

I’ve been there over 100 times. This was the worst. Cold appetizer. I tried to pay for what was eaten. I asked him to remove the appetizer from the bill and the manager got rude. I refused to pay the bill and he started taking photos of me. I told him that I was happy to pay for what I ate but not for the food I could not. The dip was cold, twice. I tried to eat it but it was nasty. I will never go back. Emilio Cerrano is the owner. Hopefully he gets the message.

I’m visiting family in the surrounding area. We were hungry for Mexican food. We were greeted and seated in a timely manner. The host was very nice. We had my grandson with us. He’s only 5 months old. We were offered a chair to put his car seat on. That was thoughtful. We sat a little while waiting for a server. There were several just standing in one area. Finally someone came to the table and asked if we had been taken care of. He was very nice and attentive. After a slow start with service everything was just fine. They give you salsa, a refried bean dip and tortilla chips. I ordered a guacamole with some jalapeños. It was ok. However not worth $6.99 and it didn’t come out until our meal came. The food was good. The prices were certainly fair for the entree’s. I’d definitely go back again when I’m in the area. I ordered burrito loco.

Great food

Not many restaurants open on Sunday. We found Rancho Grande and it was very good. The veggie fajitas were outstanding and the beer was cold. Good service also.

Not as good as advertised

The advertised specials, weren’t that price when we went to pay. They do NOT give you a check so you would know you are being overcharged and can question it. That was very strange. You go to the front register to pay, and and they will answer no questions, and insist that you pay what they say. Both couples at my table were very overcharged for what we got, both for food and drinks Their restaurants are all over South Georgia and this is the only one we have been to, so I can speak only about this one.
