Service is super friendly and efficient! Every week I am greeted by name, Ms. Sue! And yes, I have eaten cheesesteak in Philly, and these are pretty darn close. If you are an entitled fast foodie looking for food prepared hours ago, this is is not your place. Food is made on the spot, after you order it.

I've been here countless times before the pandemic. I went and got a mushroom philly cheesesteak and lemon pepper wings. This is half of my sandwich.

If you are looking for an authentic philly taste this is the place. Its a little greasy but well worth the wait and the price. They are not stingy with the meat notr the toopings.

Unfortunately this experience was horrible for this school teacher. I ordered through their website at 11:30AM with total charges of $43.00. My plans were to reward my honor students with a treat of Phiily Steak sandwiches. Now I arrived at Weeyums at 12:00PM and asked for my order. I was told it was not ready and had to wait an additional 30 minutes or more. As an educator with limited lunch time this was totaly unacceptable. I let them I was a teacher and had to be back in class by 12:15PM.
The owner and manager stalled and delayed me asking me questions but did not attempt to make the food. At this point is 12;10PM and I have no food, only excuse for the management and owner. I had no choice then but to I ask for my refund of $43. After refunding me they asked if I wanted to reorder and be recharged. Is it crazy or what? There was no effort on thier part to get me the order asap as they had messed up. I arrived back in class at 12:30PM w/o any rewards for my students who were extremely dissapointed.
The management here thinks it can get your money with an inefficient online line ordering system and when you show up you they treat you any old way. Now I have to wait days to get my refind back on my card. Ridiculous.
I remained calm and left to never return to this business again. Also I will let my colleagues and friends know how this went down.

The food is fine, the wait is ridiculous slow. Over an hour & a half for two sandwiches… they literally just sell chicken Phillies & burgers. The “remodeling” they did, was none existent. You actually can not go inside the establishment anymore. So will have to wait in your car or in the elements… Not worth the corner they sit on, don’t waste your money.

They took 75 minutes to make two cheese steaks. They will tell you "It's coming off the grill when it isn't." They have one person working and all she can say is "I don't know."
$27 and 75 minutes for two cheese steaks? Are you kidding me?
They don't even have the decency to tell you they're backed up until after they take your money.
Stay far away!

I was served but zucchini fries and the wrong sandwich wet. There was nothing on my sandwich but meat despite asking for a mushroom cheessteak all the way. When I called to get a refund I was told I couldnt speak to the manager and left in hold. Finally I called back and spoke with William the manager who was rude and also hung up on me.

I placed an order at 11am and arrived at 12:30 pm to find out the order wasn’t ready because it had been given to someone else. When I contacted the manager he acted so nonchalant as if he didn’t care. This business is horrible and has piss poor customer service. The manager offered free sodas. Why would I want free sodas? He was incompetent and rude and the staff barely wore masks.

The food wasn’t worth the wait if I could have my money back I’d take it in a heartbeat. The wait was soo long as Ariana grande said “THIS IS RIDICULOUS”

I have been to Weeyums several times. Each time I come away frustrated by the fact that they don't have restaurant seating. Who wants to eat a great sandwich in the car? Really too bad because the food is delicious.

I bought a Philly Cheese Steak sub here and when I ate it my thought was that it didn't taste like any Philly Cheese Steak I'd ever eaten before. A little while later I was sick to my stomache. I'll never eat there again and would advise against it to anyone else.

The restaurant serves Philly style cheesesteak sandwiches, that supposedly taste like the realy thing from Philly. I don't know because I've never had the real thing but these are really good! A regular size is enough for two with a normal appetite.
The only low mark is because they don't have space for you to eat. You have to get it to go. The picnic tables outside are actually falling apart. Also, the place is not very attractive from the outside and easy to miss. The people are nice. I will definitely be back.

Finally... Let me just start with that. So being a recent resident in the City of brotherly love aka Philadelphia. I must say I had become "Philly Cheese steak sick" so many places advertise that they have Philly Cheese steak,well they were all fibbing.. I becoming frustrated not getting the fulfillment from the cheese steaks here in Ga like up North. Then my son swore by this place saying mom I promise you that you are gonna love this place, needless to say I was not eager to get disappointed again🤔..He said "mom I will bet you two of my checks to your one that's how confident I am"..
So about a week later I decided to go... 😮😮 O lawdt.. I lost the bet😍🤗 I have save sooo much money not having to travel to Philly or persuading anyone to get me a Philly Cheese steak.
I gained 10lbs really quick bcuz I was a fat girl 🤣. If you have never experienced a Philly cheese steak,this is where you will find it.. I love love looooooove it..
Thank to all the staff here for making my craving come to an end.. See you guys again soon..

I really good sandwich! I just wish they wouldn't make me eat it in the car. Surely they can find a spot large enough for an eat-in experience. Their food is worth it! Still, if you need a picnic meal, this would be a great place to get it.

I had the mushroom cheese steak. It was to die for! This was my first time trying this place but it definitely will not be the last. My taste buds were in heaven.
