This place is adorable. I love that it's local, too. They always have good sweets. It's a cute place to meet up with friends.

After like six trips to Statesboro I finally discovered Sugar Magnolia and what a find it was. Had brunch there with my son and it was quite possibly the best breakfast I've ever had. Great setting, quaint right downtown next to the RR tracks and a small park. Dine inside or out. Order from the counter and they bring you... More

Great food, relaxed atmosphere, helpful staff, and affordable. Even though it was pretty busy, the service was still quick.

The food served did not taste good and actually like it was old. Had a hamburger to see if it was different than most hamburgers, it tasted strange. Later that night my stomach was bothering me. Doubt I will come back.

A real discovery. We ordered the "Little Magnolia" plates which included eggs, ham & fruit, and also ordered biscuits on the side. Delicious and a friendly environment.

The atmosphere is OK, nothing special, but better than the food. This is based on four people at lunch. Sandwiches. Made pretty quickly but the place pretty empty so hard to tell what happens when busy. Small, bread was dry...I guess one could say stale. In general, not a very satisfying lunch. And not cheap.

It is a very nice atmosphere and a family owned bakery. My personal favorite is a cheese Danish at breakfast with a cup of coffee. But don't worry if you don't make it in for breakfast because their turkey sandwich is delicious. To top it all off the service is great and their prices are more than reasonable. Definitely worth... Sugar Magnolia Bakery is establishing itself as an institution in Statesboro. They have best fresh baked breads in town and their ham & cheese rolls and armadillos are legendary. Their sweets selection is limited (thus 4 stars and not 5), but their weekend pizza nights are very good. Their location in downtown is wonderful!

We got off the highway searching for breakfast after leaving Savannah. Found this sweet place with a nice range of items from baked goods to waffles and French toast. People were nice and service excellent. Would stop again.

We tried a few things the first day I went back to load my daughters Refrigerator & cookie jar before I left the next day. I bought her more chocolate filled pastries & ham & cheese pastries & 3 different types of cookies & a raspberry strudel & apple fritter , & a chocolate chip brownie . (Think over the... More
