I have been to the Winery on several occasions and have tried to see the good in the place, I wanted to!
But, this has to be one of worst managed Resturants/Bar I've ever seen after owning 3 myself.
They are mainly 18 to 20...somethings running the entire place, even the kitchen staff.
The hours state open till 10:00 on weekends but when we were there they were putting the chairs on the tables and wiping down the legs at 9:30, with 5 tables still drinking and eating desert.
The guy(me) was still playing as no one had obviously told him they were closing and they were doing this while he was in the middle of his set.
Someone (Manager) should have at least come out and spoken to him to let him know of their plans and to go ahead and wrap up....then we'll start putting chairs up!!
The outside had an overturned table/umbrella on the patio, some dirty glasses left untouched.
They said they weren't serving outside!
I guess it didn't matter how it looked for anyone who wanted to journey out on the deck and patio.
And when they are serving ladies, plan to go home smelling like a cheese burger because of their terrible ventilation!
Now the Wine, it's winery, it's pretty bad even for what it is and liquor is not an option.
The food is less than ok!
Our chicken caesar salad was drenched in dressing and the Cuban sandwich our guest had was the worst they said they had had.
They didn't eat it.
It's too bad because they have a nice property but no real professional management.
I just wouldn't waste the time or money, just seems to get worse.More
We saw this on the interstates on the way back from GA and decided to stop. The lady that waited on us was super friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased several bottles of wine. Paying for a glass to do the wine tasting is an awesome...way to continue advertisement we use ours all the time.More
On a Saturday, we decided to stop in after years of seeing billboards. We were hungry. We arrived at opening and we’re the only ones there. Service was good and the food was fabulous!
We then went to the winery for tastings! You get 5...tastings, a wine slushy and a glass! Nice wine assortment. Friendly girl too.
**NOTE: the bistro is only open on the weekends!
** ANOTHER NOTE: we saw the billboards but at one of the rest stops, there’s a Georgia Grown Trail guise that takes you off the beaten path! Gagrowntrails.comMore
Stopped for a harvest host visit and had a fantastic time. The food was excellent. We had the Cuban sandwich, Ahi Tuna and the spinach dip and they were all prepared perfectly. The wait staff were all friendly. The wine was excellent. We had to...stock up. Don't miss this one.More
I'm surprised there aren't more reviews. Right off I-75, so worth the stop. Wine tasting $6.00. Wines are ok but what's so unique are 9 types of wine slushies! So delicious. Servers were knowledgeable and friendly. Bistro food is top notch.
Our food was cold , orders mixed up, and service slow. We had 4 in our party tip was on the bill and was never told by the waitress that it was, so we double tipped. Called and complained to the manager (who only replied...after my 4th phone call) then she said she would talk to the waitress and get back to me which she did not do. I called one more time left a message but no return call.
Don't waste your time or money here.More
First time ordering take out, got home, and dont live very far from this place, broccoli was not seasoned, onion rings were soggy, Asparagus had a burnt taste to it, then instead of rolls, they serve biscuits, biscuits dont go with a good ole steak....They forgot our bread and our marinade for the cheese sticks. Shrimp was hard and crusty, tasted burnt. The steak was ok, just wish there were rolls instead of biscuits. We will not order to go from here again.More
