If owner cook isn’t there run for your life. Poor staff, poorly run. Second location was their downfall. Ruined birthday dinner

Visited this spot with a couple of friends. Very friendly staff, clarinetist playing, and to top it off they have the most amazing bread as appetizers. The food was delicious and I could tell they really care about the quality because their food was outstanding....More

What a great family run Italian restaurant! A real jewel to have here in Smyrna. Don’t let the term “family” turn you away from thinking well prepared, imaginative dishes served with flair! While kids are welcome, the food is not basic family food at all....More

We routinely visit this location. Don't let the exterior of the building deter you from visiting this restaurant. Once you enter the doors, you are immediately met by the smells of Italy, the sounds of crooners from generations past (there is usually a live performer),...More

Delicious offerings. Fresh baked bread. Pasta is homemade. The slices of chicken were very tasty. The sauce hit the spot. Servers are very busy yet very attentive. Extensive wine list. You can sit at the bar and watch your diner being made. Highly recommend reservations....More

Each time we visit Mezza Luna, we are not disappointed. The service is excellent and the food is consistently good. The Seafood Risotto was outstanding as was my special Papardelle. We've never been disappointed with a meal at Mezz Luna!

This place is the real deal for Italian cuisine in Cobb County - period! The prices are high so we don’t go often, but I’m constantly recommending MLT to locals.

Mezza Luna was highly recommended and we decide to celebrate a few birthdays. The restaurant is very plane. The great aroma of Italian foods hit you when you walk into the small restaurant. The kitchen is opened and you can watch the cooks preparing the...More

The food is classic Italian fare, always very fresh, well portioned, and enjoyable. The sea bass and tomatoe bisque are particular favorites. This is a comfortable setting with excellent comfort food. Not fancy but well worth the drive from anywhere if you are looking for...More

Service was good. Decor and ambiance nothing special. We shared a salad and an entree and had enough to eat. Sea Bass was very expensive and, as the title of the review says, good but not great. Maybe we should have ordered pasta -- I...More

Penso che dobbiamo giudicare un ristorante come questo dagli American Standard e non necessariamente dagli standard italiani dagli Standard Americani piuttosto buoni.

Yes we do. We have spaghetti and penne. Also we have rice that's glueten free. We make risotto pescatore or risotto with mushrooms. Everything is cooked in clean water separate from the other pastas. Thank you!

I've seen take out, but really. This is not the sort of food for styrofoam and foil.
