Drove from Louisiana as it was about 8;50pm and many places closed early. The owner and his top waitress really made us feel welcome. They allowed us to tailor or meal to be shared which was right up our alley. We have told many of...experiences and it’s nice setting to pass a good time. We were pleasantly entertained. Thanks for your hospitality!More

We ordered food here to take home and enjoy at home due to covid. To start off with they forgot our order entirely and made us wait over 20 minutes to put our order together. Then they brought out an order that looked like a...five year old made. It was messy and sloppy and I was embarrassed to bring it home. It was supposed to be enough for 4 people it feed maybe 2, but the cost was more than a normal 4 person meal. Not only was the meal short on food, the food they sent was so old and stale I could have broken a tooth on the bread they sent. I have been disappointed in this place before, but keep trying it because of its unique experience, but no more. They do not care about customer service at all or the quality of the product they put out. I do not recommend this place at all. You will be disappointed!More

We had not been to Melting Pot since last year when we used to go monthly. My friend and I were celebrating milestones and thought MP more than appropriate. We tried this two-for deal (I forgot the official name) and upgraded to include lobster tail...for my friend. Ollie, our waiter, was an absolute dream. He walked us through the menu changes, made great suggestions, and helped us pack up in the end when our entree turned out to be more than we could handle. This was our first time at this particular location and we will most certainly be returning.More

My wife and I decided to have dinner at the Melting Pot for our anniversary. We had the pleasure of being serviced by Courtland. She was attentive and made our first experience a breeze. Furthermore, the manager Drew went above and beyond to make our...night special. He provided beautiful flowers and a box of chocolate covered strawberries as a “parting gift”. This was our first experience, but it certainly won’t be our last. I recommend giving this location a try. Ask for Drew and Courtland. You will not be disappointed.More

It's a dining experience when you visit the Melting Pot, so go only if you have hours to spare. It's perfect for celebrating a special occasion. I was celebrating my birthday, and the restaurant made it so very special. The menu is catered for all...vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free. I loved every course. We had their signature Swiss fondue, had our vegetables in a coq au vin broth, and had a chocolate fondue with Grand Marnier. Everything was delightful! The service was impeccable. She even brought me a special birthday chocolate-covered strawberry with "happy birthday" in icing on the plate! It was gorgeous! We would definitely go back! The only negative point is your clothes and hair smell like the restaurant when you leave (which isn't a bad thing). That wouldn't stop me from going back.More

We were so surprised by how the staff were so in tuned abut our anniversary. The host and the our server all acknowledged our anniversary. Then the manager also wished us the best. It was truly a great time. Thank you

Excellent service by all of the staff, but especially our waiter, Keith. He took extra time to explain the process to our children and to make sure they were enjoying themselves. He was engaged and paid attention to us, going out of his way to...help us celebrate a birthday and trip to a show. Food was excellent, as always. Keith even packed up some of our dessert, as we were on a bit of a time crunch. Atmosphere is also nice. It feels very upscale without feeling overwhelming.More

My husband and I visited this location on May 4th and enjoyed the 4 course star wars themed meal along with 2 star wars themed drinks. It was our first time at the melting pot after wanting to try it for a long time. My...husband had no trouble when he called the day before to make reservations because the online ones were not working. Our waiter was very friendly, helpful and did well explaining everything without being overbearing. The food was great and I really liked the fact that if you wanted more of an item like bread, veggies or fruit you could get it easily. It was a fun, interesting and relaxing meal.More

We love The Melting Pot and go for dinner whenever we are near one. The Roswell location provided great ambience. Most tables are surrounded on three sides with a high partition - you can see a few other patrons but it is quiet and intimate...as the lighting is dimmed. I use a wheechair but could transfer to the booth and they stored my wheelchair until we were ready to leave. We had the four course dinner. I have a severe allergy to red meat which I mentioned as they were seating us so they put us at a time for a larger party with two burner so that my husband had a pot for his beef and pork selections and I had mine for my chicken and seafood. The food was great! We never felt pressure to finish even though most tables were occupied. We have been married 51 years but still have plenty of conversation during a lovely dinner. Our waitress was pleasant and efficient even though she had much more to do for our dinner that at general restaurants. The meal is on the pricey side but the food is high quality and you must remember their table turnover time is probably twice that of conventional restaurants. I wish they chain would expand to Columbus, Georgia!!More

Kids love it! I think that it would be difficult for very young kids to dunk into the cheese pots and dangerous to dunk into the cooking oil, etc. but 6+ year olds would have a great time. When we were there, a mom and her... More
