THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED! It closed along with it's other restaurant called Swallow at the Hollow on 12/31/2017 so that they could build 13 townhouses in its place.

Been eating here for 25 years. Love the reliability, the portions, the southern but healthy fare and of course, love the pies. Bill Greenwood is onsite frequently making sure all is as it should be. Worth the visit and even the wait on Sunday at...More

Come in for the meat and 3, but stay for the pie - Down home southern cooking without all the grease. Best pies in Atlanta

going to play with friends, thought this would be a good place to eat. server not personable, good cold, vegetables lack flavor. i always get holiday and party pies here, they are really good, this is first time for dinner, but will not do again.

I'm not impressed with Greenwood's. They serve typical southern food (which I love and cook myself--could be the problem) and it's...meh! ( Service though, was grea!) Don't recommend the highly touted Broccoli casserole, some of the broccoli was undercooked and some was overcooked and it...More

We are never ever disappointed at Greenwood’s! We went tonight for their pork tenderloin special. They have it Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday nights. From the first time I ever had it ( years ago) I’ve never tasted anything quite like it. Now that we’re older and...More

Appetizer and our two meals on the bland side. The dishes are smothered in cream but other than that, not much going on. I've had much better "southern style food" on my visits south. We normally box up leftovers but not here.

Always an excellent meal at Greenwood’s. You can’t go wrong with whatever you choose. The cornbread is tasty, sides fresh made along with everything else. The fried chicken is one of our favorites. Be sure and leave room for pie, large enough to share but...More

As a vegetarian, I wouldn't recommend this to others of that ilk. The portions of everything are huge, but nothing was my favorite.

We met cousins we had not seen in many months for Sunday evening dinner. What a treat! The staff handled our large group including baby with ease. Service and food was top notch. Great vegetables. Hugh servings. Most dinners were about $20. Well worth every...More
