Recently my wife and I were traveling through Roswell and stopped in for a coffee and a bakery snack. This was our first visit to this location. When we entered there were already lots of people there (obviously a popular place). The facility is smaller...but provides a nice environment, great atmosphere, is clean and kid friendly. We received immediate service from the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful employees. Coffee was freshly made, the snack was delicious and the service was very good. Overall an excellent experience. Open daily; hours vary; Free Wi-Wi; Couple of tables out on the front lawn. Limited parking; Located at 232 19th St NW Unit 7100 just up the hill from the Chattahoochee river in Roswell.More

Pros:It’s cute. Hot choc with oat milk was delicious. They have almond milk too. Pricey but goes to a good cause. Husband enjoyed his coffee. Choc Mocha He likes strong bold flavor. Brownie was best I’ve ever had. Warmed. Cons: very cramped inside. Loud. nearly...every table had someone on a laptop working. And most had already finished their beverage. Even some of the tables for four, had one person taking a whole table to do book/computer stuff. So if you just want to sit and enjoy coffee , good luck. We had to stand at the bar seating area, bc they too had people on laptops so there weren’t 2 seats together. Super frustrating. The whole back room was 20 somethings on laptops at all the tables. There’s limited outdoor seating but it was super hot outside. Except for the good cause, It’s nothing you can’t get at Starbucks or Caribou.More

Land of 1000 Hills makes great coffee drinks and the food is not bad either. It is a great go to coffee place up the hill from the Chattahoochee, not too far from the old historic part of Roswell. On nice days, their outside seating...are is very pleasant - they have indoor seating as well.More

Loved the latte art! Cute house. Delicious dark roast. Nice pastries. Parked in church lot next door. Good vibe. Will be back. Only recommendation is to be cautious of rewarming croissants--makes them less flaky and more chewy. Outdoor seating will be enjoyable when better weather.

This place is too cute and good to set up for a little quiet time working or relaxing. The coffee is okay, no better than starbucks honestly. And just as pricey. As I sit drinking my $5 cold brew (with tax and tip), I find...myself progressively annoyed. Why? Because sugar doesn't dissolve in cold drinks. No big deal. I'll just ask if they have a little simple syrup - which is literally sugar dissolved in hot water. They have free tap water and of course free sugar & sugar alternatives for their coffee fiends. So I am quite shocked when the barista tells me "Sure, just next time let us know when you order because WE CHARGE EXTRA FOR SYRUPS". What. The. Frick. ... ???? You charge extra for something that you give away for free? Mind you it's not flavored. It's literally SUGAR and WATER which is already included when you purchase a beverage. So I guess next time I'll suck up the barista's time asking for a tiny cup of hot water and spoon so I can make my own darn simple. Please change this silly policy Thousand Hills, it's just insulting.More

I always stop when I am passing by, going or coming back from a work meeting in the morning. Their coffee is excellent, the pastries are very good and the service is great

The place is really nice, they offer good coffee for a good cause too. The prices are less than those at Starbucks. Service is spotty but OK. They have live music in the weekend too.
