In the area for medical appointments and decided to treat myself to a nice dinner. Valet parking, a huge bonus since parking can be a bear in downtown Roswell. Started off with a martini, just in the mood, although this place is well known for...its bourbon. Followed up by incredible steak perfect temperature, along with collard greens. A great place, staff very polite and attentive.More

Don’t get to that side of town as often as we would like but always make time to eat at here. The food and service is the best. The Chef keeps things in seasonal and delicious. Love the outdoor space.

The restaurant has adapted well to the pandemic. There are many outside tables. However, reservations are still a must especially around weekends. The Fried chicken is still the signature dish, a slightly sweet taste (different from the neutral standard fried chicken taste). For our visit...the special was Catfish which was delicious. If you do like fried chicken, nearly all other main dishes are southern style.More

I enjoyed a fantastic, delicious dinner there with my three daughters last night, and I can’t say enough about the food and hospitality. No wonder this restaurant just celebrated ten years in business! Valet parking is easy. Even the playlist was well thought out. Thank...you, Table & Main!More

It was my 80th birthday and we choose Table on Main as we had such a good experience last year. There are panels between the tables and the setting in side and out is pleasant. We were seated in the back area at a table...in the corner - ok but felt closed in due to walls on two sides plus the barrier. We ordered the corn muffins appetizer - there were 9 tiny muffins - 3 a piece with butter very soft so that was ok. My dtr ordered the shrimp and grits and liked it although we got more on the plate last year. My husband and I ordered the fried chicken. His side was tomatoes and cukes and mine was the beets with feta. We both loved our sides. My husband ate one piece - the dark meat and it was not moist but not really dry. the breast came home. I ate at the breast but it was dry as if it had set under heat lights for a good while which may be explained that in less than 10 mins we had our meals. The chicken was apparently not cooked to order but was waiting for an order. We had wanted as our side the watermelon salad which was on the special board at the podium only to quickly find out it was gone. If gone, take it off the board!. With the chicken we brought home, I will make chicken salad to moisten it up. At $22. a plate, I expected MUCH better. Last year the chicken our dtr and SIL had was juicy and seasoned well. This year, where was the seasoning. I rarely if every salt anything but this chicken could have used a good pinch or so of it. Service was spot on and Chris was very nice. The meal ended with a pudding s'more with a candle on it. I am not sure we will come back here. There are other places to eat that I am sure do not serve dry chicken that has set under lights to keep warm.More

We asked for a romantic couples table when we placed the reservation for our tenth anniversary dinner, and were so pleased with our out of the way corner in the back. From start to finish, Mike epitomized professional service. His timing was as flawless as...his manner: just right in every way. My darling typically leaves a few bites for me to finish, but tonight she had the trout, and grudged me only enough to tell you that it was wonderful. I ordered the shrimp and grits, being a more prosaic and less imaginative type, but I was overwhelmed. Try it, and expect the best you ever had, because it's going to be a lot better than that. The bourbon butter pecan ice cream was awesome, and the coffee was as good as we brew at home, and we are coffee fanatics. This was our third visit to Table and Main, the second anniversary we have celebrated there. I think we're going to have to start going more often, they just get better and better.More

This is one of the best restaurants on Canton Street, and there are a lot of choices on Canton Street. The food features well prepared local grown goodies. We were there on a Monday and Monday features a fixed price menu (see below for details)....My choice was the Oyster stew, fried chicken with collared greens, and chocolate pudding for dessert. Cup of Oyster stew for a starter was incredibly flavorful, fried chicken was outstanding, chocolate pudding was great dessert. Fried chicken was half chicken, the best imho crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and had more than enough to take home. One other had the oyster stew and hamburger, which he liked. One other had the four vegetable plate, which she enjoyed. Final person had salad with added shrimp, which was very nice. All four of us will return. Great service, but a little slow on a surprisingly busy Monday night. Restaurant is converted house with a lot of charm. Indoor and outdoor dining options. Parking is a hassle around here. Definitely worth a trip. The details on the Monday Fixed Price Menu: 3 Courses | $25 APPETIZERS (choose 1) OYSTER STEW - oysters, bacon-parmesan cream, crusty bread FARM LETTUCE SALAD -radish, pickled onion, shaved asparagus, Clark's Chapel Cheddar, T&M 'ranch', lemon poppy seed vin ENTREES (choose 1) SHRIMP 'N GRITS - grilled shrimp, stone-ground grits, cheddar, Creole brown gravy FRIED CHICKEN - Southern fried, pastured, all-natural chicken, choice of side BURGER - 8oz Brasstown burger, pimento cheese, bacon jam, b&b pickles, fries DESSERTS (choose 1) ICE CREAM - bourbon butter pecan | vanilla bean | chef's choice CHOCOLATE PUDDIN' - marshmallow fluff, graham crackerMore

Dined at this Delectable Restaurant Monday Night. They run a special for $25 which included appetizer, Main Course and Dessert! Delish! The Fried Chicken was “ off the chart”. The wine list was fabulous! Can’t wait to go back!

This was the celebratory dinner for my dtr and my birthdays which are a week apart and we like to do so at a good restaurant. We used Open Table which gave us the opportunity to book for 5:30 or 7. We would have done...better to just walk in at 6 as others did. There is seating outside and in with good social distancing. Tables are standard size but they use crisp white table clothes on them. Our waiter was Chris and was most attentive and helpful. We certainly appreciated his service to us Our orders were 3 fried chicken - 1/2 of a chicken- and 1 shrimp and grits. Side were the 'stale' bread salad, mac and cheese, pole beans and beet and goat cheese. We ordered a bottle of Washington Hill Riesling and it was ok. I truly think they would do better using Georgia wines on their list as GA has some great wines now. The chicken was truly great! all three agreed on this. The mac and cheese was eye rolling good (SIL's choice) Dtr got the pole beans and said they were the best she ever had. Hubby got the 'stale' bread salad and would not share so much as one bite of it. I got the beets and goat cheese and the green garnish was not fresh, wilted actually and there was not much goat cheese but the beets were oh so good! Shrimp and grits - grits were some of the best I have ever had and there was enough shrimp but they were on the grill about a minute too long, making them a bit toothy to eat. As we had b'days, we were given 2 of the chocolate puddings to share and it was fine and they comped them to us. Again, such a nice touch. By the time we left, the outside was pretty full and the inside was filling up and it was about 6:45. Over all for a good fairly fine/casual dining this was a good place to choose.More

We had been thinking about checking Table and Main our when our friends invited us for dinner there. It was wonderful. Our fiends had the Vegetable Plate and Hanger Steak, we had Fried Chicken and Shrimp and Grits. All excellent! My wife will be eating...the chicken tomorrow too! They had fried okra as an appetizer and I asked if I could have it as a side. No problem. We shared it and I highly recommend it. Peach cobbler with ice cream for dessert! Outstanding. Service was timely and not intrusive. The staff is wearing masks table are far apart, so they do take our safety seriously. Valet parking too which means you don’t have to try and find a place to park in crowded Roswell.More

We chose this place based on our Son living in Roswell and told him to pick a place we could celebrate belated June birthdays as we traveled down from Michigan as a family to visit. The place is right downtown Roswell (which is reason enough...to visit). We made a reservation for 6pm. showed up and were promptly seated. We had a tremendous young server (Michael) who greeted us warmly and catered to our every need even considering the place was at full capacity. We ordered two appetizers (Meatloaf meatballs & the pulled pork wraps (which was difficult because ALL looked SO tempting)! Dinner for most was the fried chicken dinner and from the looks of other tables most had the same idea! Food was excellent with atmosphere to match. The manager (Matt?) personally came over and welcomed us and as we were leaving told us how much he appreciated our visiting...very classy! I must say this is NOT a cheap "fast casual" place. Prices are above mid range but worth it if you want fine dining and service that is top notch. A great place to celebrate or just relax.More

We went for the fry chicken after seeing it on Atlanta Eats and built up our taste buds just for this moment and we were so disappointed. The taste of the chicken was average. For $21.00 just for the chicken and one side, and an...overall bill of $100 for a party of two, it was not worth it.More
