I always order the regular quesadilla which is grilled to perfection. Salsa and chips are not provided unless you pay for them. The salsa bar has several different kinds of salsa from medium to extremely hot. The Resturant is always busy and sometimes there is...a long line to place an order. Well worth the wait though.More

We ventured to Taqueria San Pancho for the first time last night based on a neighbor's recommendation. It's kind of a hole in the wall in a strip shopping center going toward downtown Roswell. Patrons order at the counter from a simple menu and some...poster board options. Staff provides a number for servers to bring the food to your table. BTW, they have Mexican Coke, the real deal made with sugar, not HFCS. We ordered hard shell shrimp tacos, a chorizo taco and an enchilada platter (qty 3 variety), along with some queso dip. The salsa bar next to the counter has a nice selection of sauces to choose from. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and while the chips weren't warm, they were tasty and had a nice crunch. All the tacos were outstanding and the shrimp was cooked just right. The enchiladas were wiped out. I'm glad we tried TSP and we would definitely return, but the reason for only 4 circles is that the place was kind of a mess. Management needs staff to clean up after each table area in a timely manner. The good news is that the last health inspection was a 99 so perhaps this was an off day.More

Unlike the bigger restaurants, this place gives more local or authentic feel. Very good staff who received warmly and helped with the menu to understand the food especially in my case am a Vegetarian. Tried the Jamaica drink, it was very good. Should try.

We stopped in Saturday for lunch. San Pancho was still busy well past the normal lunch hour. My wife ordered Camaron and Pescado Tacos - shrimp and fish. I ordered three different regular tacos - beef, pork, and chicken. All were promptly prepared, served while...still hot, and they tasted great. My wife used the Salsa Bar, I did not.More

Very good authentic food with very friendly staff. Really enjoyed eating here. Atmosphere is casual- walk up to order and pay, sit where you want. We were very pleased with our meal.

The tacos were good street tacos. I tried the carne asada, pastor, and chorizo. They were a $1.25/ea, but I've been to other places that are bigger for that price, and they also gave chips/salsa. They don't here.

Since August I've eaten here at least ten times and the food is still fresh and hot. Very tasty and reasonably priced. The tacos are great, so are the chili reyenos, The enchilada plates are good, so are the other entrees. I will continue to...eat here until I've eaten everything on the menu. No complaints! Eat here with confidence.More

Not in the best area of town, in a strip shopping center across from a car wash. Yet if I had not read the reviews, I would have never have stopped to try their food. However, the reviews are true. The food is great, the...place is super clean, the prices are just right. Very tasty food. I am starting to work my way thru their menu one item at a time. The taco is $1.25 delicious. Chili Relano with rice and beans $5.50 wow! I understand the chopped steak dinner is really good too. No complaints, eat your Mex here!More
