Fresco means fresh and we want to deliver that our clients; fresh food all day long! We have our own produce food distributor and this has been our key to our success. This solid partner helps us to focus on our core competencies: fresh ingredients used in Tex Mex dishes. We have a team that had worked in restaurants for over 10 years! From the back of the house to district managing them. All this experience is been applied in our internal operation and you can notice that we know what we are doing.

We visited on the recommendation of a friend and were not disappointed.
We started with the fresco margarita and the trio app.
The margarita was delicious and made with a blanco tequila. Very refreshing and not overly sweetened.
The trip app was mad up of queso with jalapenos, house made guac and a roasted corn salsa. All 3 were done really well. Even the complimentary house salsa was fantastic.
I opted for three tacos and was amazed at the portions provided. My wife did the street tacos and she loved them.
Service was great and the interior was nicely done. Outside seating is available and there are TVs playing sports.
We'll most certainly return again.

My niece chose Fresco based upon reviews. My meal was delicious. The service was very unimpressive. At 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon with one other table occupied, service could have been excellent. I chose the Seafood Enchiladas with Elote (corn on the cob) as my side. Beautiful presentation with plentiful delicious food gets five stars. The service is two - three, at best. Staff wore masks throughout, as they should.

I eat at Fresca at least every 90 days. Their food is made fresh and is authentic Tex-Mex style. Their margaritas are the best in town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant interior is basic family booth seating, so it is casual dining, but very clean and pleasant

We have driven by many times, and wanted Mexican in a COVID safe environment. The margaritas were excellent!!! the food fresh and delicious and the service super friendly. Restaurant was very clean and we felt very comfortable. We will be back.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, great food and great prices! Fresco Grille, have wonderful employees, they enjoy working and servicing all customers. The veggie nachos are delicious. The best I have found in Alpharetta GA. This is a MUST try restaurant, you won't be disappointed. The food is well seasoned and blended just right. This spot is great for first time date, business lunch, romantic dinner, or chill time. Check them out soon! Keep up the great job, FRESCO CANTINA GRILLE.

One of my favorite spots to go to I love their tacos and I love their mashed potatoes. Service is always good I enjoyed the empanadas as well

Nicely decorated, fresh Mexican food and good service. What more can you ask for? Very clean and sparkling decore. Generous portion of a Mexican salad for me with very fresh ingredients. Dining companion enjoyed the sizzling hot , grilled steak fajitas. Look forward to returning!

This restaurant is so good! I'm glad it opened close to our house. I've eaten there a couple of times and have always enjoyed myself. The margaritas are fresh and yummy, and the jalapeno mac and cheese is to die for. Service is great, too. I can't wait to eat here again soon! In fact...I will be eating there again tonight before a concert!

We got a coupon in the mail and decided to try out the new Mexican restaurant in Roswell! We absolutely loved this place! I got the steak fajitas and the steak was so good! Tender and juicy. They had a choice of Mexican rice and refried beans OR white rice and black beans! The black beans were really tasty also because it had onions and tomatoes in it as well. Want to go back soon!

I ordered the steaming hot chicken fajitas. It was accompanied with a salad, black beans, and grilled vegetables. it was delicious; much more than I could eat. The decorum is trendy and festive. A New Mexican restaurant in Roswell was greatly needed.

Just inside the door and we all got a sincere friendly welcome...with a smile and eye contact. The restaurant is clean, modern. colorful and fresh feeling, looking and smelling.
The server explained a couple of items, offered to answer any questions and was just as friendly and happy as the folks along the way to our table. My wife and son had a Mexicanas plate of enchiladas. They both loved the taste. I was impressed by the presentation-More later. I had Jose's Carnitas. Again, the presentation was cool: A large rectangular plate with 3 sections. The center section was a large amount of smoked pork that was maybe partially shreaded, partially pulled and partially chopped in a light sauce. It was very tender and absolutely delicious. The other sections had white refried beans...but not all mashed completly and very hydrated and fluffy rice.
All components of our meal had unique flavor. About the taste and presentation: Have you ever seen Triple D...Diners, Driveins and Dives? Have you ever thought, having seen the chef prepare a fantastic dish, "Wow, that final product LOOKS like it would be amazingly tasty and satisfying!" Well, going to Fresco Cantina Grill puts you right THERE.

Loved it. Starting from the Ambience to service to food quality and food presentation. I would give full credit to the owner. The strawberry, Mint Margarita was made to perfection.
I had chicken polo and my husband and daughter took chicken fajitas. Everything was excellent.
Would certainly recommend this place.

First time visit and the food did not disappoint! Not your typical Mexican food that can taste the same regardless of restaurant. Theirs was so fresh tasting and flavorful. Even the queso was a slight deliciously unique twist on the standard. Our only "complaint" was that the kitchen must have been backed up because it took a long time for our food to arrive. But the wait was worth it!

Our plans changed on a Friday night while visiting after Christmas, so we decided to try this place. We were greeted very nicely & our server was there quickly as was our chips & salsa. Their menu had very good selections & one item you very seldom find in other Mexican restaurants is Mexican Street Corn on the cob. I had it & it was great, though they do need some type of skewers, they did not even have toothpicks to put in each end. Their white wine sangria was one of the best sangrias we have ever had. Several people, managers possibly, visited our table to see how everything was. We were even given a special treat when they found out was our first time & even though they knew we were from out of town & would not be regulars. This was one of the friendliest restaurants we have ever eaten in & the food was good. They have not been there very long, but I hope the locals support it & they stick around, recommend it highly.
