Imagine a frigid cold night walking around Savannah’s historical district to see the sights, drink the spirits and take in some delicious eats. Temps were in the 30s….what?! We popped into Sushi Hana. I ordered a delicious huge bowl of hot, steamy noodles with veggies. The broth was the most delicious broth ever and the veggies were juicy, tender. The noodles were also tender and soaked with flavor. My husband’s sushi also tasted fresh and flavorful. We very much enjoyed the hospitality …and of course, I can’t remember her name. She was blonde and at the bar. Very, very knowledgeable about food and the area. She was so helpful to order and to give us tips on various other trendy spots to enjoy. Delicious experience. Thank you, Sushi Hana!

We stumbled on this gem while traveling through Georgia on I-95. We've eaten sushi from California, to New York and this sushi by far is the best and most creative sushi we have every tried!!!! We are serious. We tried 3 amazing rolls that we've never seen anywhere. They were unique made with peppered tuna, sweet black rice and tender fresh fish!
We highly recommend the the Outrageous, the sandwich roll, and the peppery tuna. We only wished we lived closer so we can eat here every weekend!

The sushi here was great. A large menu offers a variety of rolls and a good assortment of nigiri and sashimi. Cocktail service was fast. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We were there for dinner. Everyone in our party was pleased with the meal.

We are staying at the Courtyard Marriott on Pooler Parkway for one night and were looking for someplace nearby that we could eat as vegetarians. We made the huge mistake of bypassing Moe’s and instead going to Sushi Hana. Don’t be misled by the glowing reviews. The miso soup was fair, and then it went downhill from there. My husband ordered tempura and got tempura rolls, and I ordered avocado and mango roll and asparagus, avocado, and cucumber rolls. All four were awful. Service was not great (I don’t think they liked that we were wearing masks) and 90% of the people in the restaurant were maskless. A truly disheartening experience.

Have been going there for years. The last few months the food has not been up to the usual quality. The Uni has been old, the sushi seems to be a different quality of fish. The Mangora Tuna that I had yesterday was tough and I could have flossed my teeth with the sinew in it. The Sushi itself was warm, which is not something you want with fresh, raw fish. It was lunch on a Saturday afternoon and it was almost empty. Maybe other foodies have noticed it too. Use to be good quality for the money. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down.

The sushi was good overall. I really liked the “sandwich roll”. The salmon and uni nigiri was average at best. Sat at the sushi bar. The chefs were totally disconnected from the customer. That’s not what I expect when I sit at the bar. Whenever they had a spare moment it was straight to the corner to plant their face into a cell phone.

Had lunch there yesterday. Not as good experience as in the past. Ordered three maki rolls. One came wrong, but they fixed it quickly. It is subjective of course but it seemed to me that sushi quality was not as good as in the past. Service was ok.

We had miso soups, seaweed salad, alaskan roll, and two special rolls - sashimi wrap and snow white. Everything was excellent. Total bill came to just under $70 and we were full. Service was very good as well.

Came here based on the majority of the reviews being positive. Nice atmosphere and good bar top dining with a full bar.
Sushi was very good, but the Hibachi was poor. Just cooked separately meat and vegetables with a teriyaki sauce poured over it.
Would not come back.

Stopped by on a whim. Pleasant staff even on a slow Wednesday evening, service was prompt. Had a Bento box with teriyaki salmon and sushi. Presentation was nice. Salmon hot and sushi just right. I will be back.

This is a great place for family and friends. Great sushi dishes and a wide variety. The Sake was great and Fifi our server was excellent , friendly, and took care of us. Great atmosphere and food.

This is my go to place for sushi.

I ate here November 2022. I asked the sushi chef to give me his best three sushi rolls. Two were pretty good, and the third one was just OK. All in all, it’s a decent sushi place.
