Myself and a coworker had lunch here. Walk thru the buffet line and the servers are very nice. Pick out a seat and there is a waitress making sure you have everything you need. I had baked chicken, green beans and creamed corn (delicious). The desserts looked amazing

I haven't eaten good southern food like I was used to in the Carolinas when I was a kid until today. The food was amazing and really brought me back to a great place. The country fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, creamed corn, and green beans were all great. The winner had to have been the savory steak with... More

Good food, great service, one of Perry's prized places, only thing I wish is that pies were sold as wholes and the meats very good could be expanded out a little more like fish or mince pies

This restaurant is not open on weekends. However, that is the only thing wrong with it. It's comfortable, country, and the food is fabulous. Homemade pies, cakes, HUGE portions of meat, home cooked veggies. All at a reasonable price. I'm glad the hotel told me they had such great food, for I would not have stopped there otherwise, since it... More

My children and I got extremely sick after eating here. I contacted the restaurant and expressed what had happened, in hopes of something bad was used no one else would also get sick and I was told she had no idea how we could have gotten sick and that was about it. I believe this was a very unprofessional way... More

We visited for a Friday lunch and found the food to not be as appetizing as in the past. I tried their corned beef which I didn't like and thought the vegetable servings were smaller than before. The wife had a vegetable plate which she said was "OK". Our experience has been better in the past so we will probably... More

The food was ok, nothing remarkable. We went for lunch and it was really crowded so I was hopeful but..... The place is pretty small inside too. The food is served cafeteria style and for the money the amount of food is somewhat minimal.

My wife, her sister and brother and her brother in law and I stopped by for lunch before attending a funeral nearby. To begin with, you enter, cafeteria style and take a tray. As you move through the line, you indicate which meats and vegetables you want and it is placed on your plate for you. A cash register is... More
