First visit. Great menu. Asian fusion. Large selection of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes. We ordered Shumai (shrimp dumplings) for an appetizer. I ordered Shrimp Teriyaki from the Japanese menu. My wife ordered the House Teriyaki (chicken, steak, and shrimp) also from the Japanese menu. The Miso Soup came out immediately along with the salad. The entrees arrived before we were finished with our appetizers. Very hot and smelling great! Took a minute to cool down enough to eat. Very flavorful! Very good meal for a very good price. This location is highly recommended!

Delicious food with a huge selection

Recently dined here for the first time with my fiancé and mother (who is very picky) and were pleased to find such a large menu selection. The Mongolian Beef and Lobster roll were absolutely delicious. We also really enjoy the appetizer sampler. Prices were very decent as well. The service was okay, could use some improvement, but overall had a very good experience and will be back to dine again.

Good but expensive

Good food and service but very expensive. I ordered margaritas and wanted extra shots in each. They charged $7 for each shot in addition to the $9 per drink. Ridiculous. I probably won’t go back

Some of the the worst food ever

We used to eat there many years ago. We liked it then. Hadn't been there in a long time so we thought it was time to try it again. Very bad decision! We took 2 of our grandsons who usually love Chinese, Japanese, and Asian food. The food was almost entirely inedible. We literally could not eat it. The soup was greasy with mushy chicken. MUSHY. The fried rice, no matter what we ordered or how it was served, was completely inedible. All of it had a strange, unpleasant taste. ALL OF IT. Even the kids could not eat it, and they LOVE rice. Maybe the sushi is better. But we will never go back. It was a horrible experience and complete waste of money--and appetites, Yuck!

Not My Choice

Our first time there and will be the last. The chicken lettuce wraps were not good. Chicken was tough and tasteless. No one cared for their dinners. My husband handed me a piece of meat and asked what is this. I did determine it was beef. Lots of green onion and rice noodles. Fried rice was an extra cost. I will say the egg drop soup was good. Also they have a robot that delivers your food. It comes to your table and you must remove from the trays and push a button to send it away. Maybe just me but for $20+ a meal, I would like the waitress to serve me. The waitress did come and ask how is the the food. My response was "It's ok and no to go boxes". I would have thought that might be clue but it was not. If fairness, we are used to a local family owned Chinese restaurant and maybe expected too much.

Got carry out dinner. Optional plastic silverware requested but not provided. Wonton soup had no wonton and had soy sauce in broth. Lo mein had good portions and quality proteins but had no flavor. Very disappointed.

Manager was out of CONTROL

My group of co workers met for a retirement luncheon in the "Party room". There were 10 of us for lunch. When the bill came, there was a dispute on the bill and the person that was responsible for the bill asked to see the manager to ask a question. He was taken to the restaurant area and met with the manager (lady) and she chased him back into the party room screaming at him and then proceeded to scream at each of us sitting at the table saying you knew you were having a party and we charge a minimum of $200 for this room and YOU and YOU and YOU and YOU while pointing at each of us know you are not going to take my . money. she confronted one girl and made her cry. We were appalled at her behavior as a manager. the poor waitress was in tears and so embarrassed. we told her we would pay but she would not calm down. our boss ended up telling her to go away that no one is going to listen to her yelling at us. We paid the bill and gladly left the restaurant with a feeling of NEVER going back there.

Best Asian takeout ever

Decided to order Asian to bring home for dinner. Green Ginger is unique in it's menu variety - which was perfect for my family. Some wanted sushi, I wanted Pad Thai, husband wanted traditional Chinese dish w/ white rice. We all got what we wanted - and the food was fabulous. Absolutely zero complaints.

Items missing in order, phone calls not answered

Placed an order online. Walked 1 mile to pick it up. The food was ready, but when I got home there were items missing. The Chicken fried rice was okay, but a little on the dry side. We had asked for extra packs of duck sauce, there were NONE. I order happy family with no shrimp and added broccoli, and for soup Miso. The shrimp were missing, but for broccoli there was NONE, and the Miso soup there was NONE. Try calling them on the phone! They don't answer. Very dissatisfied.

1st time. Went for lunch. We were pleased with the soup. The main dish was plentiful & tasty. Server as personable.A large dining are with bar area. Nicely decorated inside & out. We will be back

Smoking

First visit, sat outside due to COVID-19. Food was good, service so-so. Unfortunately they still allow smoking on the patio! Won’t be back as I am allergic. May go back when pandemic is over. So disappointed smoking is still allowed!

First, walked in and a waitress didn't want a table requiring a high chair. We didn't need one. Then, all food is delivered by robots, and meh at best. Used to be a favorite, but will never return .

Always great service. I family loves eating here for lunch or dinner. The orders are taken quickly and your food comes to fairly quickly.
