First visit, sat outside due to COVID-19. Food was good, service so-so. Unfortunately they still allow smoking on the patio! Won’t be back as I am allergic. May go back when pandemic is over. So disappointed smoking is still allowed!
Recently dined here for the first time with my fiancé and mother (who is very picky) and were pleased to find such a large menu selection. The Mongolian Beef and Lobster roll were absolutely delicious. We also really enjoy the appetizer sampler. Prices were very...decent as well.
The service was okay, could use some improvement, but overall had a very good experience and will be back to dine again.More
Just received the most disrespectful, distasteful customer service and treatment from the staff and manager. The woman took our order, very small and simple order and we paid. However, 5 new customers entered and ordered after us and received their food. My husband politely addressed...our long wait and the lady rudely said that she JUST took his order although 30+ minutes passed. She went in the kitchen and the cooks started to cook our order as if the ticket wasn’t submitted. The manager eventually came out and handed my husband our food then accused my husband of not paying. He insisted that my husband didn’t pay and was trying to “steal” the manager went in the back to check with the lady who took our order and confirmed that we paid. Instead of apologizing, the man came out and said, “Oh” DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!! Poor customer service and poor treatment of minorities!More
We ordered lettuce wraps, spicy chicken dish and sushi. Everything was delicious!! The waitress was very informed about the menu items and helpful in our making the appropriate selections.
We will definitely be back.
I go to Georgia on business quite often. Green Ginger has become a a frequent favorite of mine as they do make changes to their presentation of popular items. The menu includes Chinese, Thai and Japanese - both Sushi and Kitchen dishes. Their sushi is...well prepared and they do not skimp on portions.
On this trip, I was undecided between Sushi and Kitchen dishes. I ordered appetizers which were from the kitchen and a Sashimi special which was outstanding and so artfully presented that I was almost reluctant to eat it. I am very happy I did. See photo below.
Green Ginger is not hard to find but GPS helps. Most of the wait staff are relatively young but the owners do a good job of training and without embarrassing the young people, coach them when needed. I noted this time that many of the servers had been there since I started coming here about 15 months ago.
I am off to Tokyo and elsewhere in Asia for the 3rd time within a year later this month - I don't expect to be better served or fed than I have been at Green Ginger.More
I had been a customer of Green Ginger in Peachtree City since it opened and knew that it had recently had new ownership and some changes. We arrived last night for a birthday dinner and the restaurant had some nice renovations inside. There were very...few customers inside which is concerning since most all restaurants are very busy on Thursday nights. I ordered a lychee martini which has always been my favorite there. It was all lychee juice. Little to no alcohol. I didnt order another mixed drink because of this. I ordered the Black Pepper Streak and Shrimp. It had great flavors and lots of shrimp. We were caught up in conversation while eating and then I realized my entree had no steak in it. Wow...thats crazy? No waiter to be seen so I just dealt with it and ate the rest. Very disappointing. My wife had the Mongolian Beef which she said was very good. They did bring my friend a creme Brulee for his birthday which was nice. Service was pretty good despite not being around when I needed to discuss the lack of steak in my dinner. Not the best dinner. Unsure if I was to return.More
