I expected to have great food, great service, and a nice time with my friend, but our waiter (whose name I unfortunately have forgotten) made my friend and I feel very uncomfortable. At first, he seemed charismatic and friendly, but he began making inappropriate comments...to my friend and I, which was very unacceptable as we are both minors. First, he said, “Young girls like you don’t normally come and eat lunch together... then I started thinking maybe you’re older than I thought.” Not too bad. Then, he brought our food and said, “Is it good?” Both of us replied, “Mhm,” and he said, “Okay, well I’m going to sit with you and watch you eat,” and sat next to me. This man was at least 40 years old, and my friend and I are still high schoolers as previously mentioned. He turned to the table beside us where a family of 3 sat with a baby, and told the baby, “I’m winning! I might go to jail though,” which implies that he was “winning” due to the fact that he got us to talk to him and was sitting with two young girls. The jail comment was where the line had been crossed. I cannot express how weird that made my friend and I feel. To add to the creepy vibe, he was a bit sassy, telling me I was scared to order something besides alfredo, and asked my friend why she kept laughing every time he would come to the table. Shortly after our visit, I began feeling super sick and had an emergency bathroom rush. The fettuccine alfredo I had was overloaded with sauce and made me feel sick to the point where I could not even eat it. I do not feel as if younger girls are safe when going to this restaurant. Here is a description of our waiter: Very tall, maybe 6’5. Not fat and not skinny; average weight. African American. Had short hair. Had an almost nasally voice. Anyway, I do not think I will dine here again.More

Our waiter was awesome ! I think it was Ryan ... but he was very attentive and had good recommendations . The food itself was pretty bland . I had to heavily pepper my dish. But it had great potential ! I had the penne...al la vodka and added grilled chicken and my husband had the chicken parm with the vodka sauce ( this is their blush sauce) . I don’t think I would return on my own ... but they sat us quickly and there is plenty of space . I think it would be nice if they offered complimentary garlic bread or maybe a simple saladMore

Our first experience eating at this location and it was delicious. We had hummus appetizer and for entrees we had shrimp/scallops/artichoke hearts and my husband had eggplant/spaghetti/salmon. For dessert we had cheese cake(did not care for the chocolate topping) They do have a full bar...although we did not order. We will definitely make a return trip for dinner as the food options are extensive and they will accommodate any special requests. Love that this is a family owned business and everything homemade.More

Excellent food. I had the trout which was excellent. My wife had the Leonardi Canneloni which she enjoyed. Great wine selections. Skylark is probably the best server we have had - been here probably 10 times.

We eat Sunday Brunch here quite frequently - Newnan lacks good brunch places. I'd give it 5 stars if it had more choices on the menu.

This was our first visit(after having lived in the area for almost 2 years). Why you ask? I don 't know. I've been craving eggplant parm since moving from Long Island, NY& I believe they delivered. The sauce was delish. The only difference in the way...they prepared the eggplant from what I would make at home is that they sliced it vertically. My husband had the chicken valdostana .We also had the arancini appetizer. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Wine prices are reasonable too! Cheers to our server Skyler.More

Great selection of wonderful Italian dishes. The sauces are made in-house & are rich & favorful...we sampled 3, Alfredo, pesto, tomato/meat sauce. All were delicious. Service was excellent & prices reasonable. Will definitely be visiting again...and again!

I had the opportunity to dine at Mama Lucia's in Newnan, GA and it was beyond fantastic. The decor and waitstaff are enough to recommend the place but the food, prepared daily or at time of order, is off the chart. I also am amazed...that I could dine virtually unchecked with my Celiac disease. Gluten free options abound and the waitress even checked with the chef to see if I could get the dish I wanted Gluten free (I could & did). Everything my wife and I ordered was top of the line. I am so glad I found my little slice of Italy!More

This was the perfect place for a birthday luncheon. Our server, Scott, could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Will request him when we return. Every meal was superb, we were not rushed, and Scott’s attentive service made it a celebration to remember!
