There is a major lacking of GOOD meat and veggies place in the McDonough area, so we find ourselves going here occasionally just for convenience sake. It is an all you can eat spot. The servers are friendly and competent. Food is just good enough to keep us coming back. Skip the fried green tomatoes-they are soggy and terrible. Hamburger... More

This is a small place with a fabulous food. It is the type of place people come either 2 to 3 times a week or after church on Sunday. Buffet style. Lots of choices. Fabulous fried catfish. Good salad selections and of course lots of meats and fresh vegetables. Ice cream and banana pudding are a standby and opt in... More

If your real hungry, this is the place for you. One flat price for all you can eat. Mostly country cooking with several meats, veggies and desserts. Very good price as well. Church crowds fill it up after noon on Sundays, so get there a bit early. Go hungry and be ready for an afternoon nap!

This is my second time stopping in at this restaurant and I remember why it was always skipped over; the food is bland, there fruit didn't seem fresh and the salad looks like it was from the day before. The salad dressing isn't marked so you have to hope it's what you wanted, the floor were very sticky, (one of... More

I was here today with a buddy. Lunch was a birthday present. I was particularly interested in the inspection score since someone said they got low scores. I do not consider 95A to be a low score. It is posted in plain sight to the right of the door when you go in. So you can check it yourself. I... More

I began the year going on Mondays. That means beef tips on rice and green bean casserole were on the menu. But in the last month, I have been going on Fridays. That menu has cornbread dressing and gravy, baked and fried fish, baked and fried chicken, bbq pork with onions (it's great), and the usual full salad bar, deserts... More

I've eaten at Baby Jane's many times, I accompany my dad to this restaurant. Fair price for dine in, all you can eat. Includes a very well stocked (my favorite) salad bar. The hot bar is average but few items, if any, are "home cooked". Beverage and dessert also included.

Baby Jane's buffet is one of the best in Mcdonough, GA. Southern food is what they have. Everything is usually very hot. The only complaint that I could have is that the fried chicken tends to be dry, especially the white meat. Great place to have lunch or dinner.
