Food was OK and service OK but the after meal service was the worst I have ever seen. They double charged our card and then when we called the crap "manager" was extremely rude causing my wife to hang up on her. This was the...first time she has done that in her life. When my wife told the "manager" that they had doubled billed us she said "No we didn't that is impossible and we don't make that mistake" Well here you go in black and white. Wouldn't go there if all my meals were free from now on. Not worth the hassle. Transferred the rest of the money so they couldn't triple bill us before it was over.More

Friendly wait staff, clean and energetic atmosphere, they were practicing social distancing when seating at the tables, street tacos were delicious and drinks were great.

This is far and away our favorite place to eat in the area. The food is consistently delicious. We’ve frequented the location for years and always leave happy. The staff is friendly and efficient. I’ve recently started getting meals to-go and have been impressed with...how they are packed up.More

Asked to customize my Enchilada dinner which was done gladly by the owner over the phone who was taking orders. Had a combo cheese and beef enchilada dinner with a ground beef crispy taco. Nice quality, still hot when I unpacked it at home. Very...decent beans and rice. Plenty of free chips in two bags with two containers of picante sauce. Wife had a grilled chicken burrito. Was impressed with the quality of everything and large portions which I could not finish at one sitting. Very nice owner who was very pleasant. Will be back.More

Been here several times over the past year, and I keep trying to like it because it’s so close, but each time I get the same lousy server. This time she came to get our order and hadn’t given us a menu yet. Had to...ask three times for cheese dip, and to top it all off, when she brought the extra napkins I asked for, one of them in the middle of the stack had been used! Not going there again. I’ll drive a bit farther.More

Been twice now. So love the many choices. Very fresh. Large portions, have lunch for tomorrow. Like the Mexican music. Makes me feel like I've been somewhere.

I have been here a few times with my family. Some of them live in the area and it is very nice to not have to fight traffic to enjoy a meal together. I have been satisfied with the service even when they are busy...and the food is good. My favorite is their Flautas Verdes. My daughter loves their Cazuela Bowl! On our most recent visit, two of us had a mixed drink and two of us had a beer and the bill for six was only around $100.More

I love Los Portales, it is my favorite place to get Mexican food and as someone that eats Mexican 3-4 times a week I think that says a lot. It's a small place and family operated. They have the best homemade pico de gallo i've...tasted outside of Meixco Their salsa has a good kick to it some might say it too hot, but for me it's just right. Their food is always good. The location might be a little out of the way, but it's worth it. I will admit there are times the service is slow and the margaritas are just okay. This is the place where you go for the salsa and food versus fast service and margaritas.More
