We have enjoyed the food from here for years but they now play pop music in a high enough volume that it is all you can think about when you eat. It spoils the meal as you can not relax and enjoy the food.

Arrived 130p on a Monday. Greeted right away. Seated and order taken within a minute. Chicken pad thai arrived within ten minutes perfect timing, the hot and sour soup was delicious. Egg fried rice was ample. White pieces of chicken over a large portion of linguine type noodle. They werr not bean thread. White onion and peanut sprinkled on top. Tofu thai basil was spicy and ample.
I took half of mine home, way too much. Total for two, a little over 15 bucks.
I posted pics.

Good spicy dishes. General Tao's chicken very good. Steamed dumplings very good also. Wife likes the egg drop soup. Hot and sour good when not too thick - some times like pudding. Ugh

I regularly pickup food here, it takes usually 10 minutes once you place the order
until the food is ready to be picked up.
They are following Covid - 19 rules - you order in the entry way thru a glass window.
The food is always good fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and on top of things.
This time I ordered the sweet and sour chicken with white rice and two spring rolls.
Large portions served - they always include the sauces - it is always packaged
professionally. They are closed on Monday's. The curry chicken is also very good.
You may want to give them a try- great Chinese food at affordable prices.

My family and I have ordered from here a few times and this was our last. I ordered the Pad Thai with extra sauce and left a tip on my credit card. When our order was delivered the delivery guy said there was no tip and my husband left an extra $4 not realizing I already left one. Once we sat down to eat our dinner I opened my order and a very foul order came from my Pad Thai. I can only compare the odor to when I used to work at the Charleston, SC aquarium and cleaned the skunk enclosure and would have to clean their fecal matter. My husband took a sniff and also lost his appetite agreeing that the food smelled like skunk feces. I called to ask for a refund and the owner began arguing with me over the phone saying that they weren't Walmart and would not refund my food. They did offer to send another meal, but by this time my family was done with dinner, and I lost my appetite, so all I wanted was to get my money back for the meal I didn't eat. As I asked the owner to stop arguing with me she raised her voice and yelled, "You asked for extra sauce so the smell will be stronger, there is fish in the sauce, you never have had our pad thai before or you'd know this." I explained that if she checked my history I had ordered this meal at least 3 times and I again explained that it never had this foul odor." She then said no refunds and we hung up. Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else that the owners will respect you as a customer and your hard earned dollars, where your food won't smell like skunk fecal matter.

Ordered lunch for boss, delivery order @ 2:28 pm.....called about order after an hour and a half was told driver was on the way. Got another call at 4:08 pm informing me that driver couldn't come and they could send someone else but it would be about 40 more minutes. That's bad business when I was order for my boss.....do not look good on my part. They dont care!!!!😔

My husband and I frequently call in orders for carry out from House of Lu III. Our orders are generally ready in about 10 minutes, so there is barely any wait between deciding what we want and picking up the food. We have also dined in many times, and the people working were always very attentive. This is my husband's favorite place to get Mongolian beef in the area. The servings are large enough that we have leftovers for a snack or for another meal.

I stopped in Sunday afternoon at 3:05, and the girl informed me it was dinner. I was ordering out and had the shrimp dumplings and chicken and broccoli with no rice. She came out with a tiny bag with too SMALL containers. The lunch price for chicken and broccoli was $6.75 and dinner price was $12.00. I got home and there was literally four tiny pieces of chicken with 9 pieces of broccoli. That's it for $12.00. The shrimp dumplings were nothing to write home about. I won't go back there. Not worth the price!

So my title I think depicts to what I am about to say in this review. I have been in customer service for over 10 years and one of the main things they teach you is when somebody comes in the door you speak to them. I walked into the facility I was not spoken to then I was asked to rudely what I wanted to order, when I replied I don't have a menu I don't know what I would like to order I have never been here what would you recommend she handed me a menu and walked away. I turned around and walked away as well. even if you have great food which I don't know if they do or not doesn't mean you shouldn't have great service

What can I say about this place. It's local, the service and food are always great. WE usually order take out (and delivery is FAST), but have dined in many times and enjoy ourselves every time.
We never worry about our food whether our take out/deliver order will be fresh and hot. It is prepared exactly the way we like it and the staff are happy to make any adjustments you need.
Some of our favorites are the egg rolls, special fried rice, pan fried pot stickers, chicken lo main, mongolian chicken and general tsao chicken (not spicy). The portions are large, whether dining in or ordering to go and the prices are very reasonable.
House of Lu III is by far one of the best chinese food restaurants in West Cobb. I used to dine in at House of Lu in Marietta Square although their menu has changed as well as their decor. I wasn't too impressed with the changes they have made so House of Lu III is my primary location.
Definitely worth checking out if you like Chinese food.

Something has changed...This use to be above average take out, but seems they are in too big of a hurry to get order correct. Don't ask for "a little spicy"
unless you like "HOT" spicy". The last 3 orders for pick up didn't turn out to be correct. Should have checked all before paying.

Good variety of dishes. Good hot & sour soup when its not real thick. Needs to be brothy for my taste not thick with jelly like globs.

They have great food but the order is not always right for delivery. On more than one occasion we have had our orders messed up and it takes for ever to get a new order sent. They usually just credit you for your next order. Their food score in house is not the best so hopefully delivery is not as bad. I have never ate at the store due to that low score. Portions are big so order little.

I've been eating here for years (the location off Dallas Highway by the WalMart. It can be crazy busy, but it's worth it. Really delicious spring rolls - light and crunchy and not too oily. The food is always good, and the service is amazing.
