I stopped in on a recent visit to Marietta and picked up a small vegetable pot pie. Pies are frozen and you buy them to take home and heat when you're ready. I really wish I could have purchased one of everything. The veggie pie was delicious. If I lived nearby I would probably be there weekly.

Close friends told us about Paul's Pot Pies. We drove 30 minutes to the location right near Marietta Square. We purchased 3 pies to test out and were blown away on the quality of the pies. Never have we had pot pies like Pauls. Recently we finished the pies we had and purchased 6 more. So far we have tried the Chicken Pot Pie, The Jambalaya Pot Pie and the Seafood Chowder pie. The store is small and only take away. the pies are frozen with easy heating instructions.

This is a hidden gem off of the Square in Marietta GA. They have more kinds of pot pies than you can almost imagine. They sell frozen pies in two sizes that you can cook at home and are they good. You can also order them and have them shipped. Worth the visit.

I was very disappointed after reading the reviews. I bought the chicken, jambalaya, and shepherds pie. All 3 were tasteless and dry. There was not any sauce/gravy inside the pie. I literally felt like I was eating chicken and vegetables and then a side of puff pastry. I added salt and pepper to help the taste. My friend added a combination of hot sauces and seasonings to the jambalaya pie to give it some flavor. My mother said the Shepherds pie was also very dry and no flavor. Maybe our pot pie expectation is different or maybe it was an off day for the baker. I’ve never had a pot pie without gravy sauce in the pie. I gave 3 stars because it was a lot of food in the pie and it was filling. We ate all 3 but we had to spruce up the flavors.

I had their pot pies before doing the food tour but never had the opportunity to get anything to take home since I'm usually at work when they are open. I decided to give it a try and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm all about supporting local businesses. They have some very unique flavors along with some classics. Don't be afraid to try one of any of them. The 6" pies are easily enough for two people.

I love Paul's chicken. It is frozen so you can save it or follow the instructions. My family loves it

OMGOSH these pot pies are the best I have ever had! We tried the Italian Sausage and Turkey. Aaaahhhhhmaaaaazzzzzziiinnnngggg! The Turkey is just they told me Thanksgiving dinner all in one pie. Husband had the Italian Sausage and he said he would never order a Stromboli or Calzone again because it was so much better. I highly recommend this place. These aren't the regular style pot pies at all. They are so much better!!!

All items are hand-made and delicious. My personal favorite is the sausage pie. It's better than most any pizza I've had.

The pies are just like grandma used to make. There were delicious and wholesome.
Just a note: the shop (we went to the one in Marietta) is just take-out only.

These pies are so good and easy to fix. Just pop them in the oven and dinner is ready. The flavors are like grandmom cooked it. My favorite is the chicken pot pie.

Once you have had Paul's Pot Pies, you will never be able to look at another brand! The crust is on so flaky and it is stuffed to the brim with any goodies you desire (and some you've not thought of)!

Tried and true... a great place to grab a wonderful pot pie to serve two or many. Always flavorful and full of tasty ingredients not just sauce or gravy.

First visit. Will definitely go back. It is strictly take out. There is a no parking space outside their door. You are allowed to park there ONLY for pickup!!!! I bought the original chicken potpie. My goodness, full of white meat!! Pie and carrots also. It was $25. Well worth price. We had two meals with one more piece left over ( we split it for lunch!). Oh yeah and a delicious flakey crust! They also have smaller ones two. A few different types are seafood, bbq, turkey and dressing.

Pot pies to me are a comfort food. Takes me back to my Mom and my Grandmoms kitchens. Paul hand makes this delectable pot pies, offered in both 6 inch and 10 inch sizes. He raises the bar on what you typically think of when you hear the word pot pie. Everyone in their life, has eaten a chicken, turkey or beef pot pie, either homemade or the dismal store bought frozen poor excuses for pot pies. Paul has an amazing variety of pies to choose from. Here is a sample--Jambalaya, Italian Sausage, Shepherd's Pie, Beef Stroganoff, Sloppy Joe, Seafood Chowder, Pot Roast, BBQ, Vegetarian, Chicken Curry, and the Classic Chicken and Turkey pot pies. This is not an eat in place. You purchase your whole pies either fresh or frozen, and take them home. Prices are good, the small pies range from $7.50-$11.00, and fur the large pies$22.00-$33.00. The most expensive of course are the seafood ones. The pies are chock full of ingredients, and mounded up high. One taste of Paul's extraordinary pies, and you will never eat frozen store bought one ever again! I was visiting my son and daughter-in-law, and had to get several frozen pot pies to take back home with me to Florida!! I wish Paul had a shop where I live!! If you have not tried Paul's, what are you waiting for??? They are unable to ship, I asked about that.

Paul's is my go to for those moments when you want to bring someone food, but just don't have the time to make the meal yourself... New babies, deaths or illnesses in families, elderly persons who you want to do something nice for, etc. So much better than pre-packaged store bought, but easy enough for anyone to cook at home when the time is right. I've never had a bad pie, and of all the flavors I've tried, haven't met one I didn't like either (Although the Italian Sausage is a family favorite!). You won't regret getting 1 or 3 pies from Paul's.
