This place knows what a burger is and how to make it. Took a little while to wait but well worth it and reasonable. Onion rings were AWESOME too!

This is a very popular hole in the wall, breakfast and lunch spot. Finding a seat can be a challenge but just join a table. They have many wonderful burger choices and French fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings for a side. You can get a 1/4 pound single burger or a 1/2 pound double. Costs under $10 each... More
I am usually leery of "hole in the walls"...but I was so glad I took the leap! This is a great little place to get a delicious burger, and in my case bean burger. My husband gets the Sassy Senorita which is a burger with sloppy joe, cole slaw, bacon and jalapenos. My son also loved his burger--which at first... More
I just had lunch at the Red Eyed Mule. I can't believe I haven't been back in a couple months....what was I thinking. OMG their burgers are amazing!! I highly recommend the Dakota Burger. They also have the best biscuits in town so if you wanted to, you could eat breakfast there then go back for lunch.....I think I might... More
Tiny place. Don't dress for them as they don't dress for you. And that means that they focus on a few items and do them well. While short on nuance, the food is hearty, flavorful, and worth a return trip. Didn't have breakfast, but I understand that should be good as well. Will try again without hesitation. Had the BLT... My sister has told me about the small simple restaurant for over a year. Finally we stopped in and it was the most delicious ham, egg, and cheese biscuit I have ever tasted. To go along with the heavenly sandwich was the creamy cheesy grits. Everything was amazing. But the sandwich was the king of the meal. I order another... More
I had read reviews and seen a lot about this place so we tried it out. Yep, it's funky, very small. You might be eating from a paper boat too. You order from the counter, at least we did for breakfast, and then they bring your food to you. Not bad, but if you are expecting to be seated and... More
Very cool little place, hometown feel, concise menu of goodies. Parking is free and in their own private lot. The service is great and everyone is very friendly and personable. The food was tasty, I had the egg and sausage sandwich and a biscuit. A real treat. Definitely eat here again!
Well, lets start by stating the obvious. It ain't much to look at. Actually, the building isn't even level, one side to the other. Fear not because the walls and roof are strong which is a good thing because the food they make inside is excellent. This isn't a place to go for a real business meeting. I think it... More
