Our first visit to this quaint little place. Very limited inside seating now but adding a sizable dining room. Parking had been an issue but has been substantially improved. Wife and I had a 1/4 pound deluxe hamburger. I assume the biscuits are much better as the burger was over cooked and tasteless. Frozen fries atypical. I had onion rings... More

These folks know how to do biscuits! Noth'in fancy about the location, which just adds to the charm. Be prepared to wait in line for a to go order. Only a few small tables inside which are first come first serve. The limited seating doesn't hamper the business at all. Folks come from all over because the food is DELICIOUS!... More

I have been coming to Mountain Biscuits for years! I discovered it with my mom 3.5 years ago while visiting family! Now, every time I'm in Georgia visiting family, we make a stop here after hiking Kennesaw Mountain! I have gotten a Country Ham biscuit every time. I've tried the regular ham (which is thicker but also fattier meat) and... More

So, I've been here several times and I ALWAYS get the chicken biscuit! I don't even know what else is on their menu lol. Their chicken biscuit is so delicious! Totally recommend this place to EVERYONE! FYI: the biscuits are HUGE!

Food was fresh, relatively fast and in middle of the morning on weekday there was no crowd. Free Refills of self serve coffee & soft drinks was much appreciated.

Mountain Biscuits unlike some others offer what are known as cathead-style biscuits. This style feature lard in the dough, and are cut by hand. The biscuits themselves are relatively flat, and beg for something to be stuffed into the middle. In my case, I chose the subtle flavored Pork Tenderloin. If you have a sweet tooth be sure to try... Business is good at Mountain Biscuits. They are expanding their restaurant and have a pretty large parking lot that fills up on nice weather weekends. Close to Kennesaw Mountain so this is a good place to get a biscuit either before or after your hike. Good prices; sweet friendly people. Portions are large. But if you are in the mood... More

It was suggested that we give this place a try for breakfast. We did and were so glad. We had coffee, sausage and biscuit, and country ham and biscuit. The place is very small and it appeared that a lot of orders are to go. We ate outside at a picnic table. The place is adding on but it is... More
