Casual spot, eat in or outside. Good food .......especially their salads!! A back room for large groups or party . A bar area too with plenty of tv's for watching sports

We had a very friendly and attentive server. The fried green tomato sandwich and chicken salad sandwich were both freshly prepared. We actually thought this was above average for a quick lunch but not enough for a Very Good rating

This place is right downtown, and seems very popular with the locals. Rightfully so. It's Beautiful and serves comfort food. I was a bit confused because the servers I interacted with were not particularly welcoming, and the sandwich I had for lunch was OK, but nothing special. Craft beer selection was horrible. Good parking. I would go again....curious about dinner.

After ordering a bourbon for me and a jack and coke for my wife, we started our evening with an appetizer of fried green tomatoes. They were awesome! My 'single' bourbon was (at least) a triple. We both ordered the bacon-wrapped filet mignon; medium-rare for me and medium-well for my wife. Her's was butterflyed. Both were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! One of... More

Decided to eat lunch here because we had enjoyed our previous trip. The food was very good but the service was terrible. We were seated near the entrance to the kitchen and our waitress ignored us. She didn't seem to be interested in being there at all.

We went in for dinner during the week. The food was just ok, fish and chips were greasy and only warm, sweet potatoe fries were cold, my mothers roast beef sandwich was nothing but fat.

Great food, Great service. The only reason for not giving it 5 bubbles was the beer selection and the sides. I had a rueben which was very good, but it seemed like there were only a few fries. Not that I needed them, I was full , but it just stuck with me thats all. They only had a bout... More

While visiting Madison we knew from past experience that we wanted to eat at Chop House! We went at the end of the day and although they were very busy we able to be seated on the patio. I had the fried green tomato appetizer and although it was good, I prefer a tart, partially ripening green tomato without the... More

My family and I ate here while in town for my UGA graduation. Everything we had was excellent. The fried shrimp and fried pork chop were standout favorites.

Casual atmosphere. Helpful wait staff. I had the bunless burger which was 2 8oz patties with cheese and mushrooms top and between and a couple of strips of bacon. Delicious! Glad my waist didn't get the bun!
