My hubby and I decided to take our 7 year old granddaughter there for dinner to celebrate her birthday. We told the waitress of this, but instead of celebrating our grand, the cook celebrated another young lady at the table. From the time we came...in, we were not treated as though they were glad we were there. Making me feel welcome means a lot to me.More

This was my favorite place to eat. My sisters took my here for my birthday just now. I always get the vegetables . When our chef finally came out and started cooking there was no smile or any type of show or light heartedness that...you would normally get. No big deal though, I thought. When he put the food on my plate I was in disbelief . It was literally the equivalent of 2 small spoonfuls. It could not even fill up the side item part of a Togo plate. Not to mention they forgot the steamed rice my sister and I ordered. ( after we asked about it when everyone was already eating they brought the rice out with the servers thumb buried so beep in the rice that you could not see her thumb anymore) when my sister asked if that was all the food I got, that we visit very often, and that is not what we are a custom too, we where told he needed the name of that chef so he could fire him. He proceeded to tell me to eat somewhere else. I told him that that was my favorite but after this I guess I would have to. He then tells me "that will be the best day of my life." You can imagine me sitting there all dressed up with a pink birthday sash on hearing this. I almost lost it. I have never been so disrespected. On my birthday to say the least. Andre was my chefs name. He really ruined this restaurant for me. I will never go back. I am now on the hunt for a new Japanese place.More

We were instantly placed at a family-style table, our server was very attentive. The chef (I doubt that's the proper name) was funny, knowledgeable, quick, thorough, attentive and knew what he was doing. The food was cooked to perfection, tasted great and the portion sizes...were great! The prices were reasonable for the table service provided.More

Good hibachi meal; friendly staff; good atmosphere. We will definitely go again (but it's a little pricey).

Best consistent Japanese steakhouse/hibachi meal in the Loganville area. Lunch prices are very reasonable.

This is IMO the best Japanese Steakhouse in the area! Food is tasty, atmosphere is very nice, and the Hibachi "show" is a little different from all of the other places that do the same thing over and over! One thing I really liked is...that they cook bacon and chop it in the fried rice. Delicious! I have read reviews that were not so nice and they were older. I can say that my experience was in a clean atmosphere and the food was fresh. Service was very nice as well.More

Visited here for the first time and we got her 45-50 mins before closing time...enforce I could even finish over looking the menu, the waitress was already asking, what do you want...I told her to give us another min and she came back about 2...mins later, again she replied, (as we were still filling out the sushi menu) what do you want...so we hurried up and placed our order, goyza.. the yummy yummy roll..eel roll..spicy tuna roll..shrimp tempura roll and a 2 piece octopus roll..she walked off so fast, that I had to flag her down to let her know that I also wanted a miso soup...and to tell her that I wanted the goyza pan fried and not deep fried but she walked away so quick again, that I didn't get to tell her so said oh well...deep fried goyza came and the miso soup...both good but I wished it would have been pan fried...when the sushi chef came with our sushi order he replied, is this enough food because we're about to close?...we said yes, thinking it was the entire order but it wasn't, there was no shrimp tempura roll on the plate...now mind you there was also a group that was at the hibachi table celebrating a birthday and no sooner then the hibachi chef walked away after finishing cooking there meal, which was about 2 mins, he was handing them to go plates...we ate our meal quickly, which all and all was ok, but I've had better or maybe it would have seemed better if we didn't feel so rushed, so it was hard to even enjoy. I don't think I'd go again though, we didn't enjoy the un-welcoming hurry up and get out feeling...More

We went with 15 people including kids and adults. Issues: 1. There is no kids menu! So we had to either share with our kids or spend $15 per kid. 2. There are cleaning supplies in the hall on the way to bathrooms including full...buckets of water 3. Women's restroom had one 1 lightbulb working then a drop cord through the light and a Glade plug in hanging from it! 4. We had to ask the sushi chef(who was the only one who welcomed and smiled at us) for drink refills as once the cooking started the wait staff left us. 5. There was no show from the hibachi chefs..we had 2 with the large party. Might be a good take out place, but not family friendly.More

We had made reservations for a birthday party of six people on a Friday evening. We were greeted and seated right on time. Our drink orders were taken and menus passed out. Shortly after our orders were taken. We were served our soup, salads and...appatizers all together at the same time!? From here our evening went down hill. We finished our soups and salads, but were having trouble getting our server to refill drinks. They appeared to be very short on staff. after waiting for 40 minutes, I went to the hostess to ask for a cook. While waiting for someone to answer me, I noticed a party of 10 that seated after us, getting a cook at their table. The owner (?) told us it must be a mix up with the tickets, but our cook would be out soon. That would be a neat trick since both of the cooks were already at tables. Another 20 minutes went by and I went again to the owner (?). I was again told very soon. We were offered another appatizer (no one accepted). Three seperate times a waiter came to the table to say the cook was coming and after 26 minutes one finally showed up. The fried rice and veggies were good. Two had lobster (very tough). Two had scallops (tasty but over cooked). The shrimp had by everyone was very good. Two had chicken (tasty but very dry). The filet steak was perfect! The consensus of our party is, we may go back but it will be a long time before we do. The bill was $170.00.More

This restaurant is family friendly and accommodates for food allergies. The table side cooking is always fun for children as the chefs play it up for the children.

They put bacon in the fried rice, need I say more? The rest is about the same as all other type restaurants. The Sushi is good but not my style. But the fried rice has bacon in it and it is awesome.

My sister and I had sushi and hibachi last weekend at Kyoto. We had a great experience with friendly servers and chef. We were there at an odd hour so got seated right away and didn't have to wait for the chef to start cooking....There was a large family that came in to celebrate a birthday. They wanted the grill we were sitting at, but the server didn't try to boot my sister and I even though we had finished our dinner and were just catching up. As soon as we realized it (only minutes later) we quickly got up and let them have the table/grill and sat at a smaller table. The birthday gentleman was very appreciative and bought us a glass of wine. That made the experience that much better that someone recognized our kindness by reciprocating with kindness in a world where we see so much hate. This deserves it's own line...the sushi was out of this world yummy!More
