Honestly, we typically visit a different Chinese restaurant when we're in the mood for some good tasting, authentic Chinese food, but the one we wanted was closed for the holidays, so we tried Golden Palace. We were pleasantly surprised with the flavor of the food and the speed in which we received it. The Moo Goo Gai Pan was excellent, with plenty of vegetables and great flavor. The General Tso's chicken had just the right amount of spiciness to it. My wife was so pleased, she said we just need to throw any other Chinese menus away and save this one. This will now be our go-to when the mood for good Chinese food hits.
