We stopped on a very busy day so there was a short wait. It is in an old church so when its crowded it can be a little hard to hear. The food is wonderful. All homemade, comfort kind of food. My Mom and I split a piece of the Buttermilk Pie and it was luscious.

This old church turned restaurant is a great historical spot that still has homemade vegetables and meat meals - not to mention homemade salad plates.

If you're looking for good southern cooking, this is the place. This was my first visit and I can't wait to go back. The only disappointment was that they were out of Mac and cheese. The roast was melt in your mouth with a traditional gravy like my grandmother made. The service was fast and friendly. Their menu isn't fancy... More

This is a small converted Church. The menu is simple with a list of vegetables and meats, a few traditional dishes. The food was great. The town really doesn't much of a lunch type offering so we were trying to find something better than the local Chickfila. The staff was classic southern ladies and very friendly. All the dishes we... More

This is a very quaint restaurant set in an old church. The food was outstanding and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. They are only open for lunch.

It is rated #1 on Trip Advisor for a reason. Great story on the former church and how it evolved into this fine restaurant. Everything was cooked to perfection. You will not be disappointed.

I live close to here and we eat here everytime we can. They are only open for luch but so worth the stop. The cornbread is amazing all the vegetables are great and the desserts are awesome. It's in an old church so the building is pretty too. The portions are big and price is right. You won't regret it
