We went furniture shopping in downtown Jasper and decided to eat lunch at the Carriage House. The food was not bad but nothing to brag about either.

This a neat little place that we found for breakfast while visiting Jasper. There was 7 of us and everyone loved the food. It was all homemade. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had breakfast here while visiting town and it was really quaint. Frequented by many locals. I had the big breakfast with two eggs, hash browns, bacon, bread and coffee!!

Located in historic building on Main Street, these friendly folks serve breakfast and lunch in a style you don't see often. Small and located right down town in "old" Jasper.

We stopped in for breakfast here recently. Been a while since we were in. It wasn't crowded for a Saturday morning. I've seen it packed out. Service was okay, but a lot more going on behind the bar than taking care of the customers. Quiches sound good, but that's as far as it goes. They still fill them up with... More

It's rare to be from out of state and walk into a restaurant you have never been to before and they treat you like a local and regular customer and make you feel *right at home*! But everyone at The Carriage House made us feel like family! What an adorable little restaurant located right on Main Street in Jasper. Such... More

The coffee was delicious, as was the muffin that went with it. The turkey club sandwich was really good. The quiche was cold and gloppy, and the BLT was not made fresh to order. Both men's and women's restrooms with filthy and inoperable. A cute place in historic Jasper needs to go further for visitors and not rest on being... More

Carriage house is a popular meeting place for morning meetings. The food is always fresh and very good whether you are there for breakfast or lunch. The restaurant is very small (and we like it that way), if you are not comfortable in close settings this is just something to know.

Stopped for breakfast on Tuesday morning and had two scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and coffee. Nicely prepared, hot and delicious. Have been there many times over the past 14 year and still think the breakfast is one of the best in north Georgia. If you haven't been there for breakfast or lunch, please do and you'll be glad you did.
