Lovely family restaurant. Food and wine were excellent and the garden was beautiful. Farming museum an added bonus for farmer husband!

This is a great place to dine and relax after a day visiting, biking or swimming in the sea. You can eat under trees, with the tables on the grass and the children playing in a play area set for them. The light is beautiful, the service friendly and professional and the food really good! The value is great! This... More

Had one of the best meals I've had in a long time at this outstanding restaurant in the Catalan countryside. The food and wine is mostly local and excellent, and the setting is just gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a lazy, wine-sodden lunch with old friends.

I have only good things to say about this place. Beautiful setting (nice old house and lovely garden), very good food and excellent professional service. I am usually weary of such large restaurants (often the food is mediocre or cold or else it takes a long time to arrive to the table), but not here. The first nice thing that... More

We stumbled upon this restaurant at lunchtime and ate outside in the covered garden section. It was soon full of locals and we realized we were lucky to arrive right at 1:00. The food was so good we returned the following week for another meal. We tried several grilled seasonal vegetable dishes as well as a grilled turbot fish. All... More

We visited this restaurant for dinner on the recommendation of the manager of the hotel we were staying in at Peratallada. When we arrived I thought we had made a big mistake as the dining room appeared empty. However we were ushered through to another room where several people, mainly French, were already dining. We were warmly welcomed by the... More

You would not expect such a great restaurant in a small village. The menu is typical Catalonian; try everything because everything will be great. The garden is a fantastic spot for a business lunch.

Really good food, friendly staff, nice setting. Having visiting for many years, never dissapointed. Better book in summer and many weekends cuz it can be pretty busy.

We enjoyed lunch during a cycling holiday and felt a bit underdressed. The host was very friendly and suggested some local dishes (like fried artichoke from their own garden). We tried several of them and all of them were excellent. The water bottles were served with the cap still on, always a good sign. Many locals came in after us... More

I have been there for several times during the last 20 years. And sadly I have to say that the food is just correct, but nothing special as It used to be. Maybe they should try to take care of the guest and no of the money. The environment and the restaurant is as nicer as always, but not the... More
