Headed into Savannah and saw this restaurant and decided to stop. My family use to come here many years ago and it was one of the top places back then. Glad to say that hasn't changed. Got the seafood platter and it was terrific.

Good portions of food at a very reasonable price. I was looking for something a little different, but my husband really liked it.

Food was fine. Husband had the deviled crab and said it was good. I had the fried fish and it was good. Didn't care for the breading on the fish but I am not accustomed to this type of seasoning and breading on my fish.

Stopped in for lunch on our way to Savannah. Did not want fast food so gave Carey a try. Onion rings terrific. Wife and I could not finish a small order. Catfish was good. Know that about everything is fried including the pickles. Service was cheerful and the place is very clean.

I had the fried fish plate and it was really good. The tartar sauce is homemade and was the best and the Cheddar Bake potato is wonderful! The decor is a little tired but it's clean and nice. The service is fast and portions are more than fair for the price. I would eat there again!

We stopped in for a late evening bite to eat. It is a combination, dine in, take out, and car service ( reminded me of 1960's places with carhops). The staff was very pleasant and efficient. We just had a BLT and a clubhouse sandwich. Both were very tasty, the coleslaw and potato salad sides were very good also.

Most of the food we ate here was ordinary, including the Brunswick stew, cole slaw, and hush puppies. My fried oysters were very good, with nice flavor and great texture, 4.5 stars. The deviled crab in a shell was good, 4 stars. We had the appetizer or Senior menu, which is half size but enough for us at the time.... More

This restaurant was recommended by a motel staff member so I decided to go as he said it was a "family style" restaurant. It was very slanted toward seafood and that's ok. I tried the scallops but they were very greasy and seemed "deep fried" which I do not like. I ordered an alcoholic beverage only to be told that... More

Food was not hot. Everything came out barely warm. French fries had been sitting. Will not return. There are 3 other resturants may be your experience will be better, if not send it back.
