Next to the large resort of Reynolds Plantation. A true find. A group of 6 golfers choose to eat here 3 of the 5 nights we stayed in the area. Extremely well priced with every type of food- fresh seafood, red meat, chicken, pasta, ribs (best we ever had). Not extensive wime list, but very well priced.

Silver Moon is one of the most popular restaurants in the area. Waits of 30 minutes are not unheard of. The food is very good. And,they have raw oysters available on Fridays and Saturdays, too, I believe.
Pretty neat place. Has some character. Obviously a local favorite.

I like the Silver Moon. Strangely there is no sign telling you that it is the Silver Moon. There is a sign indicating a dining establishment. It is pretty crowded for dinner and feels hectic. But the food is good and not outrageous in price.
I liked this place for a casual meal. The building has open rafters and a very casual feel, and it’s great. Some of the best fried fish I’ve had....ever. Raw bar during the oyster season (months that end in “er”. Prices and service were great....More
My family and I always visit when we come to the Lake Oconee area. This restaurant is a gem. Great food and atmosphere but if you arrive late, get ready to wait. One weekends, the line can be long. We recommend almost any dish here,...More
