My husband and I went knowing the food would be great. We were greeted by the best bartender ever Kent. Kent was awesome! His hospitality was amazing, his knowledge and advice on meals was on point! He is the bartender that everyone needs to know...and enjoy!More

Let me preface this by saying I've worked in restaurants and I rarely leave bad reviews because I hate being a Karen, but when I say everything was bad.....everything was bad. I Ordered a medium filet mignon surf and turf....the steak was definitely not filet...mignon, it was well done sirloin. Politely sent it back, got a medium sirloin instead. The steamed shrimp is shelled and not de-veined, I don't know if that's a southern thing but...gross y'all. Who wants to dig shrimp poop out of their food? The baked potato that I didn't want (can't substitute fries) was undercooked and still hard. The snowcrab legs don't come with claw crackers, so hope you feel like putting the work in. For a $150 tab (2 surf and turfs and 2 soft drinks) this was obscenely overpriced for the quality of the food. Go to Malone's across the street instead. Much better quality and value.More

We wanted to eat somewhere local for lunch, not a chain, that was highly rated so we came here. On Google the prices seemed fine but the prices have been updated since then and they’re not posted on their website. A side of fries or...slaw is $8.95. One coworker paid about $30 for a grilled Cesar salad after a soda, tax and tip. I split a sandwich and fries with someone, drank water, left a generous tip and paid about $20. Our waitress didn’t seem concerned about our table. We should’ve eaten at Ruby Tuesday across the street.More

Enjoy eating with the Captain of the Minnow!! Highly visited by locals and travelers. Casual, Good food, great quantities and a big price tag. Plan ahead for semi large groups 20+ minute wait. Awesome for dates, group hangouts etc.

They make their buckets look so good but it’s really just ice on the bottom so it only looks bigger. They also only prefer African Americans .. just so you know.

Met a co-worker for dinner after work and did not have a great experience. Ordered the raw oysters first and they were ok but half the oysters you could not get out of the shell. Ordered the famous Andy’s oysters after that, instead of Parmesan...cheese and garlic butter it looked like they melted mozzarella cheese over the entire plate. I could not even see the oyster shells and they tasted like dishwater. Finally got the chowder and yet another disappointment. It was also covered in cheese and had maybe to pieces of potato and a single clam for $20 a bowl was mind boggling. Then we get the bill which already has the gratuity in it for two people? I don’t remember seeing or hearing about this so be careful when you are paying. For a $140 bill (one beer) I will choose another place next time.More

I ate at the bar. The first bartender was not real friendly but Karl was great. I had the Cajun shrimp ($20 for 6) and gumbo ($21 for a bowl). It was a bit pricey but good. There is a lot of construction and it...was hard to find the one small alley to valet park. You had to valet and walk up the hill to restaurant. Normally that would be ok, but it was raining hard. I thought the food was good. Not a fancy place at all.More

Don’t know; I was visiting from NC. I can say again persons who have been going there have enjoyed it. With the V19, anything can happen with all businesses as they adjust according to city/state guidance. If unhappy, rather... More

The Shark Platter is over $40, but well worth it. It may have been more than that. I took a group of six in there, and we had 4 buckets, and a couple of rounds of beer, and the tab was $300. Again, well worth it.

It's mostly seafood. I am not a vegetarian so I don't know. Maybe look and see if they have a menu on their website.
