Some of the best Italian sandwiches I've eaten for a long time. The bread is right in the store and is light and airy. The cannoli are wonderful and large

This market makes you like you are in the Big Apple-family run and had the best chicken parm and egg plant anywhere in Atlanta. We have have lived here for 40 years and nothing comes close. Great take out and lunches along with wonderful Italian wines. A must!!

I stopped in for lunch yesterday. They are in a strip mall so there was ample parking. The store is a little crowded but has a great neighborhood feel to it. They have a lot of covered patio seating as well as some seats inside. The folks working the counter and cash register are very friendly. They make you feel... More

First time and it was outstanding, this is like someplace you would find in New York, Philadelphia or any ethnic Italian neighborhood. Upon entering the friendly atmosphere no rush to place your order, either eat in or carry out, we ate in. The staff is great very available and friendly to answer any questions you might have and was eager... More

You know you have found the best Italian deli when they have the best Italian bread you can find. Andrea and owner Charlie can't be more friendly, helpful and down to earth....Italian earth. The food is fantastic. We have gotten lasagna, ziti, and sauce when we are having a big gathering and it's just as good as Grandma's! Yep...that's what... More

Atlanta is not known for its Italian food, so for those of us raised here, but with Northern parents, are always hunting for good Italian. E 48th Street exceeds all expectations. Great for lunch or to stock up and bring home. Family owned and operated. This is a MUST stop if your North of Atlanta. Dunwoody, Ga.

My Italian wife and I love this deli and restaurant. Great bread, sandwiches, awesome wine selection, prices are good, service friendly and knowledgeable, very clean, inside seating and to go and the selection of groceries is very good. We try something different every time. Love the wine cooler/dispenser and patio seating.

We love this "gourmet"lunch and take out cafe. Several occasions we've ordered a whole dinner for eight and wowed our guest with their exceptional food. My wife and I have traveled extensively in Italy and have never found better.
