This is usually my go to for business lunches. but you can not get in and out within 1 hour. Their salads are good as well as their sandwiches, their fish is good sometimes not always. But the service staff need to get a spring in their step!

CD was always one of my favorite places. The food's quality and quantity were perfect. I've dined at the one in Duluth and the one in Greenville, SC. The one in Duluth was so much better. Nevertheless, two friends and myself decided to go to lunch last week. Because the portions are so big, we decided to order one seafood... More

I had really been wanting to try California Dreaming since I started a new job in the area. I went on a Wednesday at 12, typical lunch rush time. We waited about 10-15 minutes to be seated, which I didn't think was awful. After being seated, we waited a few minutes to see someone for our drink orders. Our server... More

Thank you for taking the time to bring these issues to our attention. I'm sorry to hear that the service here has been prohibitively slow, that's frustrating when as you mentioned, you have an hour to eat. I will make the staff aware of your comments and hope that you will give us another chance to wow you. More

I was a little leery of going to a sit-down restaurant being that my party was tired and hungry. However, we had excellent service and food here! My daughter had just finished a gymnastics tournament and they were super nice to her. The chicken fingers were excellent and portions were large. Rolls were also excellent! I do agree with other... My wife and I love the California Dreaming restaurant in Duluth GA. They have a great menu, but my favorite is their California Dreaming salad. This past Friday we stopped in for dinner on our way to a show. I had the dinner salad the previous night at a different restaurant and I wanted a little something extra, so I... More

We have been at California Dreaming many times. The restaurant has a large capacity and even when it is really crowded, we were seated within a few minutes. The service has always been good and we enjoy the food. It is a limited menu but one can find something for every taste. I love the California Dreaming salad (with the... More

this was my second visit, other than the restaurant being dark which I hate because I like to see my food #inspect it before I eat it , which was needed because my salmon was not cooked all the way through like I like it ,I sent it back to get it cooked some more both times the salad was... More

First time visiting this restaurant . Menu was not anything exciting. Very few entrees for each category . 1 fish entree and a fish of the day. Most entrees fried yet very lightly coated. Chicken entrees were either fried or BBQ. The She crab soup was tasty with the softest melt in your mouth croissants topped with honey butter. Delicious.... More

Want something nicer than your usual bar and grill? California Dreaming is a great place. Cheaper than a drive downtown, but still excellent quality. Best for couples or groups of adults--the menu isn't especially kid-friendly. Menu is a little pricey but a GREAT value for what you pay. Quality dishes made with quality ingredients.

One of a group of restaurants in the Southeastern part of the country, providing a very nice physical plant, and an extensive menu. Located just off of I-85 in Gwinnett County. Went for lunch on New Year's Day, which wasn't very crowded, so the service was very attentive. Meal was more than adequate, but nothing too adventuresome. Prices were fair,... More
