This is the second time I've been disappointed in the food. I ordered the lasagna thinking they would really serve up a great one. Not so. First the portion was small, second, it was mostly pasta and cheese, not much meat to be found. The waiter was ok. The restaurant is very pretty and the atmosphere, very nice. Next time... More

I am a long time fan. The bread is still great, service is still respectable, and the restaurant is still very clean. That said, there has been a great let down in attention to detail. The lack on concerned management, they were more interested in their phones than customers, is showing in the food. They have lost there focus and... More

Went tonight with two other couples. Service was good, place was full, but the food was unremarkable. Not worth the money. We both had shrimp fra diavlo, which was not really fra diavlo and the sauce tht was supposed to have just a bit of cream, had too much and was "cream of tomato."

There were 5 of us who dined recently at Luciano's. Let me begin by expressing that I wanted to give the restaurant 3-1/2 stars and not 3 but definitely not 4. Before getting into the details let me state that the food was good but nothing great and definitely not over the top where I would want to go back... More

First, let me begin by saying this rating is really a 3.9 -- a bit better than average and a little shy of "very good." We chose this restaurant for our business lunch based on all the positive reviews. We were pleased with the total experience and I'd like to go back and give it another shot. The total for... More

This is our little neighborhood gem in Duluth. Yes, it is in a Kroger shopping center but do not that you fool you, folks! The moment you walk in you feel transformed from the parking lot walk inside. It is a warm and welcoming environment and they treat you like family. The wait staff is always on point and if... More

A new menu item that I thoroughly enjoyed! Heavenly sauce (fra davalo?) topped this new tortellini dish that has become my newer favorite, now in addition to the spinach and artichoke appetizer. They are bigger ones and you get six, which was plenty since it is such a rich dish. The Cabernet complemented the sauce very well as did the... More

The food here is delightful and the service is wonderful. It's a bit pricey but it's worth it! I had the spaghetti and meatballs and my mom had chicken Picasa. We were delighted with everything including the crusty bread with marinara to dip in.

From the minute we walked in the door, we were treated like family. The service was amazing, as was the roasted pork shank! I highly recommend this one - our party of 10 or so was absolutely delighted!

Excellent food matched by even better service! Sumpuous portion for lunch - be ready to box the leftover. Great place for a family outing or a business meeting. Casual atmosphere, unimposing - almost deceiving - location near area grocery sore should not discourage you.
