I stopped by for lunch and got a falafel wrap and it was very tasty and the contrast from the crunchy falafel and the cool Jerusalem salad with the yogurt sauce was fantastic. They were having an issue with the exhaust fan and the dining...room was smoky with cooking oders so I took it to go or I would give 5 starsMore

Stopped in after visit to Emory. Went in around 1430, thinking diners would be thin. Nope. More diners came in to enjoy tasty food made to order. Would recommend for lunch/early dinner.

We ordered take out from Med Grill and enjoyed it. The biggest hit was the gyro meat - - - very tasty and not too greasy as some can be. The kabob meat was good and the chicken kabob was fine. We had some dips...- - - baba ganoush, hummus and more. They were good. This is good Mediterranean food. I have never been to the restaurant, only had take out!More

The Mediterranean Grill is an institution of great food in Decatur for many years. I recently dropped in for a takeout order. The restaurant was remodeled and the food was even better than before. Awesome !!!

Thought i had discovered a Greek treasure, but it proved to be unprofessional after second meal there. Lamb Shank (how could it not be good) soo disappointing. Overcooked, dry, no sauce. Meat not falling off the shank like when i make it. Hubbys meatball mixture...very very dry and disappointing. Grape leaves not nearly as good as the ones at Kroger Market pickled appetizers aisle. Gave up the Greek food for dieting for awhile.More

You can't go wrong with any of their selections. We have been here many times and and none of our group has ever complained about their meal. When most/all of the tables are taken it can be a bit noisy but not bad enough where...you can't hear people at your table. You order your meals, get your drinks, and sit down . When your meal is ready they call you to pick it up. Never seems to take too long to get it. It is not a fancy place but the food is excellent!More

The food was good The gyro was very good lots of meat. The falafels were very good. Yes you ordered at the counter and picked up your own food. But the food was made to order. The restaurant was clean and the prices great.

I am always looking for good falafel, having grown up in Jacksonville, Florida. There was a big Arab population with great Lebanese restaurants, which meant great falafel. The last time I came, I swore I’d never come again because my falafel was basically reheated, already...cooked falafel. I got talked into going again and again, the falafel sandwich was awful. It was really soggy and I had to search for the falafel. No creamy inside on this falafel. I don’t recommend wasting your time here.More

Hard to find good, inexpensive food in the Atlanta area, but this local chain does it right. I enjoyed a small Greek salad with lots of feta cheese and ordered falafel balls on the side. Delicious! My companion enjoyed a pita stuffed with gyro meat...and a smaller Greek salad on the side. Yum!More
