Very expensive for a very small buffet. Buffet very repeatitive over the stay and not much variety. If any other restaurant was close I would have went there.

The staff were wonderful. The food was varied and good but if you need fine dining and great service you may need to go to the Four Seasons! If you appreciate the wonder of nature at her most spectacular then go to this Lodge. The memories are worth the small cost!

Great lunch Buffett with a beautiful view of the blue ridge mountains. Great place to eat before you hit the hiking trails.

My husband and I had the 20.00 per person brunch. The food very skimpy for a brunch, no omelette station , no fresh fruit trays, no fresh pastries trays, no carving station etc. This restaurant with beautiful views needs assistance with the idea of a Brunch. Not worth the price.

Offers a short trail from the visitor center to the top of the falls, climbing some 600 steps. Physically challenged visitors can drive to the top, but don't really get the view of the falls.

Upon arrival, was early (1 ish pm). Was told we couldn't check in until 4 pm after driving all day from central Florida. Staff was very courteous and professional. Restaurant staff was very friendly, and the food was decent for a small buffet. we got our room. Very comfortable, and was good enough for a couple and 2 kids. Would... More

Amazing views! We had lunch at the buffet at the lodge, at $20 pp it was a little pricey for lunch, but worth it if you've worked up a good appetite. We found the taste and range of food good! The views from the deck at the Lodge are breathtaking too.

We (1 adult, 2 kids) visited the State Park for a nice hike and to see the waterfall. We found the restaurant (The Maple) inside the lodge, it is open to everyone not just lodge guests. Being a weekend the park was busy with visitors but the restaurant was not as busy. We had a brunch buffet, reasonably priced and... More

My wife and I enjoyed two nights at the Inn with a great room which included a porch with a wonderful view. Sadly the food at the restaurant was mediocre each meal, nothing to write home about. We figured the convenience somewhat outweighed the lackluster dining experience, however, I think if we stayed again we would take the time to... More

Once in the park and having paid the modest $5 per car fee, it's an easy drive past the base of the falls and the top of the falls to the overlook where the Lodge sits. They offered a buffet lunch for only $14.95 and it was a great value. Beyond the hamburgers and hot dogs, there was pulled pork... More
