We were lucky enough to get a table on the balcony in the shade for lunch. I had the "Dirty Shrimp" which was excellent! My wife had the "Shrimp and Grits" which she said was very good as well. I like more flavor and usually grits are too bland for my taste, but everyone is different. Service was quick and... More

Make a reservation to guarantee a table for two on the narrow front porch overlooking the historic square. Romantic and quieter. The rooms of the old building inside carry sound and are much louder. Also has outside sitting on larger deck on back. But that view is of parking lots. Excellent brunch menu.

Late lunch. Nice menu with lots of options. Crawfish dip with homemade chips was delicious. My husband and I shared fish tacos - blacked tilapia. Has generous scoop of guacamole on each taco. Wonderful.

This restaurant had really good service and they accomodated us with ease when we asked to eat outside on the deck, after we already ordered inside! The food was satisfactory not spicy as I expected from the theme however. Maybe, I didn't order the right thing. I had a burger and fries. I probably should have had gumbo but I... More

Good food at average price. Obviously a college hangout, but we were there around 5 on Friday night and it wasn't yet crowded. I had the shrimp Po' Boy and my wife had wings. In & out with no hassle and minimal damage on the wallet/

First time here and the first thing I can say the place is a maze.. You can eat upstairs downstairs or outside. The service needs alittle work cause it seemed more of a hang out spot for the staff. But the food makes up for it. I had the gumbo and it was very filling. We ordered the gator but... More

This was my first visit to Dahlonnega, it was wonderful. We ate here because of the upstairs porch. It was the prefect spot to dine. I had the crab cakes & my husband had the burger. Both are plates were empty, so we were too full for dessert. Oh, I must mention the service was excellent! Next time, I must... More

Stopped in for late lunch upon arrival in Dahlonega. Sat on balcony and drank in the cool vibe of the town. Food and service was very good. Will go again.

Went for late lunch on a Sunday. Place was packed and noisy. Service was so-so and seemed a little overwhelmed like they were missing a staff person or two. So I will give them a break unless it happens ext time I go...and I will go again. The food was excellent ...especially the corn muffin that came with my jambalaya.... More
