Cute little restaurant and it was dog friendly-for us...a big plus. The food great and the staff was good. I do think it’s a few dollars higher per item than expected. For a family of 4, lunch was $80 including tip. (This was without cocktails)....Overall, it was a good experience.More

This was our 1st visit and we will Defiantly be going back again. Everything you could want to order is SO flavorful and fresh. The shining star of the visit was a wonderful waitress names Payton! She was Helpful, funny, always smiling, let nothing bother...her. Payton has a wonderful attitude and was the best waitress we have had in the last month of eating out in the area. Banana Bread French Toast was Super and not covered with syrup so you could not taste the Bread. The Turkey BLT was Perfectly made and served. And even being a bit of a coffee snob I really thought theirs was very flavorful. Other reviewers are putting political crap in their review, we noticed nothing in your face about ANY politics. This is a nice restaurant with a great deck that has a great view. You can not go wrong eating hereMore

I can't tell you about the food or service because I left before eating. A t-shirt hanging in the restaurant stated "If you don't like trump, then you don't like me". Well I don't like trump and I know the owner of this business is...allowed to express his own opinion. But I can express my by taking my business elsewhere. Judging from the fact that there were only one or two other customers eating on a Friday night, maybe others are telling you the same thing. I don't like trump, and I won't spend my money in a place that pushes that agenda.More

We visited Yahoola Grill for take-out food while bringing student back to school None of the staff, including the cook, had masks on. The receptionist and staff seemed negative and rude. Perhaps they are overworked. They had snarky political statements posted- made us wonder about...the people in Dahlonega. The food was marginal- not terrible- just OK. The physical setting seemed great with outdoor dining. Will skip this spot in the future.More

The food was amazing.. we had the shrimp and sausage cajun pasta and the crab and avocado salad.... and the soup of the day crab and corn. The server was great! We loved the atmosphere and the food. We will definitely be back!

I was referred by another business to go to Yahoola for Mother’s Day. I took my 6 year old daughter and my friend for brunch. I made a reservation for 11am. I drove 1 hr 15 min. We were greeted by a pleasant lady who...attended to us AND even engaged with my daughter when there was no one waiting at the door. We waited at our table for a long time before I finally asked (her) if anyone was going to wait on us. She asked Peyton if she’s wait on us and she happily did. Another table with a larger number came in after us. They received their food before us. The omelet was basically a couple of fried eggs with your choice of ingredients. It was not fluffy and it was half folded. The French toast was good. We opted for the regular version since the daily special was chocolate and banana. The home fries were large potato cuts and pretty straightforward. The grits were good. The chunks of fruit were hard, according to my friend. I didn’t eat mine. When we asked for our checks , the waitress came back with checks that showed a half off discount (roughly). I honestly thought that the discount was due to the extreme slowness that we endured every step of the way. She came back for our payment and then after a LONG time of having our cards and going back and forth between picking up other tables’ orders and the register for our settlement, she came to our table to tell us that there’s an issue with their ‘new system’ and our cards will actually be charged a different amount. She wanted to ‘let us know before she charged our cards’. She brought back a new slip which showed the accurate amount. I explained to her what I thought the discounted amount was and that her bringing back a higher slip seemed odd and her error. The female owner (who happened to be the other waitress) had a terrible attitude to be an owner. She said that she’d take care of it by giving us 20% off but instead she removed one $5 discount and then took her ‘discount’ off. I’ve never had such horrible service. The three of us dine out A LOT and I tried to give the experience the benefit of the doubt UNTIL the two bills came and no one acknowledged their mistake. All businesses should be grateful that people even patronize them during this pandemic, because many are still reluctant to go out. The owner’s attitude is not becoming of anyone who’d like to stay in business. I paid my check and walked out. I will not return.More

The venue was filthy, the food was so below par that I was embarrassed. I wanted a bartender for the affair and the server acted as the bartender while serving the food and clearing the tables. There were not enough of clean glasses, only 2...servers for 49 people.More

We visited Dahlonega on a busy weekend but had no problem getting a table. The service was great and they were able to accommodate our gluten free family members. I had the fish tacos with black beans, rice, and plantains, which were excellent. Great family...spot. And Dahlonega is a nice little town to visit.More

The service and food do not match the prices. We haven't been here in a long while because we did not have a great experience the last time but we decided to try yahoola grill again. Unfortunately, the service was slow, they forgot my husband's...drink, and brought out the starters at the same time as our entrees. The restaurant was very loud and there was little space to move as the tables were crammed together. My husband enjoyed his meal, he had the sausage ravioli special. I told them I am allergic to dairy and they assured me they could accommodate me. But, the food had dairy, so that was incorrect. We won't be going back.More

Saturday night and mostly empty restaurant should have told us to turn around and leave. Pot pie was super salty and had very little flavor besides salt. And the "crust" was a joke. Salmon was overcooked. The pretzel dippers appetizer seemed to be a sliced...up hamburger bun (maybe it was a pretzel bun?) with dipping sauce. Won't be back.More

I had an amazing entree called vegetable cakes and there are several excellent salads that are vegetarian. I'm not sure whether they would be considered vegan.
