We go here a lot. It's quick and the food is bar food, but it's good bar food! The atmosphere is fun and we enjoy ourselves every time we go!

I used to eat at the Whistle Post while working in Conyers but moved away for about a year. Yesterday I went back again and was not disappointed. Thursday's they have a $7 special burger and it was just as good as I remembered. The burger came out fast, huge & hot with about a half pound of the Posts... More

I was sightseeing in Conyers and was getting hungry. I passed by Whistle Post Tavern, it looked like a good place to eat. When I walked in I heard country music and that was it I was eating there. I ordered a burger and fries asked for it to be well done The food came fast and it was well... More

Worst food ever. The service was slow and unapologetic when my order was brought out very late and incorrect. Looks to be a local place where if you aren't recognized by the existing clientele and/or staff then, forget about it. You aren't welcome here. I wouldn't waste my time here.

Not the first time visiting here, but the first time the service was poor. The waitress seemed not so happy with working a large group and was not friendly. They took the orders pretty quick, and after bringing the drinks they were not seen for a very LONG time until they brought a salad and then again a really, long,... More

My husband and I had dinner here on a Saturday night. I had a reuben and he had the calamari appetizer with a bowl of lobster bisque. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast and friendly. The menu has a variety of salads, soups, sandwiches and entrees. They also offer a Sunday brunch with a Bloody Mary bar.... More

Cool little local tavern with good good, nice service and drink specials tied to the whistle of the trains that come by daily. Great nostalgia ties to being a depot stop historically. Try the big fish grouper sandwich

After stopping in for a delicious brunch a few weeks earlier I decided to take my parents here for dinner during a recent visit. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was plentiful, tasty, and well-presented. We did order drinks from the bar which were nice and strong. We will be returning in the future!
