Very laid back, varied menu, lunch for around 7.00. Can be more or a little less. Lots of items from the 50's and 60's. Good food and a great atmosphere.

Scramble dogs are interesting. The locals rave about them, I have even heard of pledges being sent from UGA to pick them up because natives are that crazy about them. They are definitely an inquired taste. The pharmacy itself takes you back in time and is an unique experience. Try them out and see what you think! This is the... More

Columbus natives when they go away for a while usually hit Dinglewood first when they come back. This is the best scrambled dog in the world. We have to have one at least once a year. If you're lucky you might get to meet Lieutenant who has retired but occasionally still drops in. He invented the Dinglewood scrambled dog and it... More

For a tiny, unassuming outside, their burgers pack a big punch. The food is very low price, and it's so delicious. My mom adores the hotdogs, and I get a burger every time. As an added bonus, the sodas are self serve with different old fashioned syrups you can pump in to make a vanilla or cherry coke. How cool... More

I'm back in town and first stop right off the plane with a couple worker - Dinglewood Pharmacy! Scramble Dog (all the way hold the cheese), fries and what else in S. Georgia - a Coke! Word to the newbie - grab some tums at the counter! You never know and heck - you are at the pharmacy

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Probably the worst food I have ever eaten. Reminiscent of a bad high school cafeteria.

If you want to go for the nostalgia, that is great. If you want food that tastes good, go elsewhere. I can't even put into words how bad the food is here. They use the cheapest hot dog they can find and cover it in canned chili and American cheese slices and charge over 5 bucks for the pleasure of... More

This little pharmacy (still a working one, by the way!) is so quaint and the lunch counter brings you back in time! My mom, daughter and I came to have a little lunch and sample the ever popular scramble dog! We both ordered a small scramble dog - plenty of food!, a sweet potato fry to share, and a drink... More

Enjoying a Scramble Dog is quite the experience. Dinglewood Pharmacy is an actual working pharmacy with a old soda shop feel. The Scramble Dog is a chopped up hot dog covered with chili and you must get cheese and onions to have the full experience. It truly takes you back in time even the prices.
