Food here was OK but not great. With The Village restaurant just up the road, I don't think I'll be coming back here!

when you enter it feels like you have just gone into your granny's house at suppertime through the back door. all that is missing is the slam of the screen door. they like their customers here and it shows. very easy to make eye contact so service is never in question. they are johnny on the spot. food was country.... Regional southern cooking. Perfectly. Crisp fried chicken like grandma made, tender ham shanks shredded and an assortment of side dishes and to die for homemade pie. I love love love the peanut butter pie.

We found this restaurant on Roadfood.com and drove 40 minutes out of our way so I was expecting something heroic and it wasn't really that. My husband and I both had fried chicken, which the waitress told us everyone loved and described carefully how they prepared it. It tasted like it had spent quite some time in a warmer at... More

The food is mediocre with lot's of items tasting fresh from the can, instant or frozen dinner heated up. The dessert was the only real appealing item with peanut butter pie. The service was acceptable. Everyone raves on about how great this restaurant is but I was not impressed.

As often in a small town, you go in for some good country cooking and are meat with half fresh and half processed. I had the fried chicken, mashed taters and greens. The chicken was good enough, but the potatoes were from a box, yuck. The greens were slightly bitter, letting me know they were processed (boxed or bagged) and... More

Edna's is the best meat and 3 in the area. It's very simple, nothing fancy. Just good home cooking and service with a smile. One of our local favorites.

Southern style home cooking. Staff and food was very good. We stopped while driving thru and chose by using Trip advisor.
