Went in for breakfast with family. Waitress was prompt and efficient. Food was marginal. I had biscuits and gravy, the biscuits must have been a few days old. After I poured the gravy on them, I almost had to use a knife to cut them...in pieces, they were that hard. Sausage was good, grits were marginal but edible. Others in party had bacon, it was the most under cooked bacon I've ever seen served at a restaurant. Overall, not what I would expect from Cracker Barrel.More

After ordering two meals from the Cracker Barrel website I received an email confirmation of my order. The website stated the time my order would be ready and that I would not have to call when I arrived. The email confirmation had a button to...click to notify the restaurant when I arrived. I arrived at the restaurant five minutes before the stated ready time, parked in the curbside pickup area and clicked the link in the email confirmation to notify my arrival. I received additional confirmation that my order would be brought out to my car. After waiting ten minutes and my order was not delivered I called the restaurant from my phone. They asked for my name and the curbside pickup location number and then informed me that they were out of one of the dinner entrees I had ordered. They asked me to select another entree. I selected a roast beef entree to replace country fried steak they were out of. Then I waited another 10 minutes for my order to be delivered to my curbside pickup spot. When I arrived home to consume our meals I found there were no utensil packs in the bag and no condiments such as butter for the corn muffins or salt and pepper, and no napkins were provided. The food was lukewarm at best and mashed potatoes were stiff and dry. It was quite apparent the order had been prepared and set to the side until I called. It seems that the restaurant should have notified me that they could not provide my entree selection and ask for my alternate choice before plating the rest of my order. My name, email address, and phone number all had been provided while my order was placed. You need better measures in place to assure your customers receive their order in the timeframe stated in the the email confirmation and if there are shortages the customer should immediately be notified. Quality controls should be in place to assure that the order is delivered with hot food and all required accompaniments in a timely manner consistent with the confirmation provided. None of those measures were met on this order.More

We ate here for lunch the day after the Super Bowl. I tried a new dish with 2 grilled pork chops topped with cinnamon, pecans, and apples. It came with 2 sides for $9.69. It was outstanding. Garlon provided great service as well. I love...the fact that they have less tables now because I felt cramped and it was too loud before COVID. Great experience!More

We went there for lunch 02/03/2021 and the waitress was fantastic. The food was good as well. The issue we had was when we went to pay for meals, I asked cashier for toothpick and she said they didn't have any because it was against...the law. She offered for us to buy a box and we said they was stupid. She then chased us out the front door screaming at us! I am appalled by this and have never had something like this happen before in my life. Wiley Corcoran Woodstock GaMore

Went here for lunch because I was sick of cooking the same thing while continuing to social distance. Got myself together and went in for lunch because I wanted some good country food. I carefully went in and found them social distancing and wearing mask......fantastic! There was a 20 minute wait but they had a great sale with a wonderful worker explaining sales and the items. Really helpful and professional. The time quickly passed and soon I heard my name called. I followed the hostess and was lead to the back room to a table near the window. Tables were separated and staff had on mask. A young gentleman was my server and he was wonderful, timely, knowledgeable of the menu, professional, and very kind. (Sorry I lost my receipt with his name on it.) placed my order and very soon I was delighted. Thank goodness I was in there last week when pork chops (fried) were on the menu because that is exactly what I had been craving... fried pork chops, pan gravy, mashed potatoes, and fried okra.... sooooo good!! I was so delighted. I have not been to this Cracker Barrel that much since I am closer to the location in Kennesaw. I was shopping in Cartersville and just decided that I wanted to try this. So happy that I did....fantastic experience.More

Very pleasant waitress. Ordinary home cooked style. Exceptional value. But I still can't figure out why the place is always backed up and people waiting in line.

My wife ordered 1 pecan pancake. Had we known the price for one was almost the same as for the stack, we would have ordered the stack.

Seated quickly and wait staff was on the ball. Ordered breakfast as that is my favorite meal. Cheyenne C was super. Food was at good temperature and prepared correctly. A peasant visit.
