Went in at 9 pm on a Monday night. Informed that they closed at 9. Bummer. Friendly staff and manager. The one round of beer we enjoyed was good. Will return to see what the food rates...

When I read the name, City Cellar, my first thought was that they would have a great selection of wines...right?! Wrong. The wine selection was minimal, pitiful...but I won't dwell on the negative, as there were a lot of great things about this restaurant. For example, the ambiance was eclectic and interesting! There was a lot of cool vintage decor,... More

I absolutely love coming to this place as we feel very welcomed and everyone is super friendly. They have the best fried chicken I have ever tried and I enjoy their nachos and onion rings. They also serve alcohol and have live music certain evenings which we enjoyed last night. Bob is usually there and greets us every time. He... More

The atmosphere, food and service was really good. I had the Cajun Crispy Shrimp Florentine and it was very good, not off the chain great but very good and hearty. My buddy had the Peach Glazed Salmon and all we heard from that side of the table was "Mmm-Mmm-Mmm. I would definitely get this again." Another member of our group... More

We went here for a family dinner. Party of 8 and they seated us immediately. Everyone enjoyed their meals. There is a selection of local craft beers available. We were able to have a nice conversation until the music started. The duo played nice music.

Our second stop at this neat local place...worth finding when in or near Cartersville! Good selection of craft beers, great menu. Our party had an awesome burger, a great peach salmon dish, the shrimp & grits had a nice kick to them. Service was timely without being obtrusive. Great live music, but not so loud you couldn't talk at table.... More

That was my husband's comment when he ate his fish sandwich at The City Cellar. Incredibly charming restaurant. We were greeted by Bob the owner at the door. And, he made a point to greet every customer. It is a true find. I could spend many hours in this gem. I had the wedge salad for dinner and the next... More

What a great place. We loved the atmosphere and staff. Food is good. The place reminds us of a pub straight out of the UK. We will be back.
